Quick & easy to get a booking slot she gave me a choice Am or PM the receptionist was polite & helpful she gave me a price range on the services they offer.

The two guys were polite & were on time they were friendly also I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to get rid of their junk!!!

Rushed, rude and inappropriate

I suggest to find out where you need to go instead of calling the customer rapid fire questions and give yourself time to let the customer know you are on the way rather than leave them in a state of panic and feeling bad because you had to rush your job and didn’t even think how you were behaving may affect a vulnerable autistic female, whilst treading mud all over their carpets and making a fuss over the job that needed two people to attend. Asking questions that you already should know the details of such as ‘how heavy is the mattress’. ‘What floor are you on’ and ‘is there a lift’ 7 minutes before you arrive when Nectar Sleep had arranged the collection and disposal of a double mattress should not be put onto the person whom you are collecting from. He kept calling me ‘love’ which is really inappropriate, it’s assuming someone’s sexuality and made me feel uncomfortable. I felt The harassed and pushed and left feeling very upset.

An easy to use very efficient service

Booking on the website was clear and easy. Dates for collection were quicker than I thought they would be - a pleasant surprise! Communication beforehand and on the day of collection was good. Collectors efficient and friendly. An all round positive experience - may well use you again.

Removal of a reclining armchair

The. Next Day service provided by AnyJunk was very satisfactory in every way from booking the visit to being kept informed of progress on the next working day. An hour before arrival I was given an ETA and the van arrived within a couple of minutes of that time. The reclining armchair in question was quite heavy and awkward for one person to manage. It was easy to access, but had to be carried to the van. The driver was well turned out, and was as helpful as he could possibly have been. The item was loaded and gone within ten minutes. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would have no hesitation in using AnyJunk again, or recommending them to others.

Excellent communication

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book online and updates on arrival. The collection team were very friendly and polite, can’t fault them at all.

They were booked to collect an…

They were booked to collect an adjustable bed a.m. on Friday 24/11. The new bed was coming p.m. They didn’t come AT ALL that day. I rang 4.30. They said it would be Monday but the delivery men had had to block my back door when they moved the old bed out of the bedroom. After discussing they agreed they would collect the next day which they did but no explanation or apology as to why I hadn’t been told.

Excellent service. Was thrilled to have furniture removed within a couple of hours.

Excellent service

This company’s service was easy to use, simple booking system and excellent communication on day of collection. I was notified of their arrival half an hour beforehand. For security I was also given of the names (and photographs) of the two members of staff collecting the furniture as well as the registration number of their vehicle. Staff were polite, helpful and efficient.
