Anything Stone Avis

Overall good. Small error
In splash back which was promptly addressed by Amy. Brett came and sorted the issues. Splash back a little short on one side. Not a huge thing but a little time consuming. For both them and us. Cosmetically because I know it’s there. The overall look is amazing.
I would not hesitate to use them in future projects as the
Staff are all amazing. Good experience aground. The quartz looks beautiful.

Really thrilled with our quartz worktops, finish the new kitchen perfectly. Gavin and Coen have done a truly great job of fitting, accommodating all our requests, above all they were professional and genuinely caring that we were satisfied with the job.

Prices reasonable , good quality products, staff helpful. Fitters very good . And most of all my new kitchen looks amazing. If you buying a kitchen and have been priced by the kitchen units supplier. It will pay you to check out prices from Anythingstone , you will be surprised. Ho and save money.

Excellent from start to finish. Price was so much cheaper than other quotes (over £1600)! Everyone involved from visiting the showroom, template and fitting were so nice. Worktops look amazing. Thank you all.

Great customer service! Fitted our work top with care and perfection! Would highly recommend.

Nilstone quartz is beautiful. Would recommend the stone but not this company.

We found those we dealt with to be rude and unprofessional. They didn’t make allowance for any tolerance for the 1000 mm splashback and in fact the gap they left was 999mm. The splashback was available and could have been place in position before fixing the upstands. No response to email asking how we could resolve this.
The hole for the tap was not positioned properly, they ripped out the sink pipe fittings and now we cannot fit the overflow pipe back in. They complained that the sink had been stuck in preventing them from lining it up with the hole, but their instructions state the undermount sink needs to be fitted into a cradle support. Nothing about leaving it loose - no doubt they would have complained about it being moved.

Addendum:
After posting this review, the owner got in touch with me personally and was genuinely distressed about the experience we’d had. Whilst it was a shame that it took a one star review to get a reaction, I appreciated the immediate attention the owner and account manager showed in response. I’ve updated my rating to reflect that, while still acknowledging the experience we had. Would I use them again? Yes, I would, hopefully with a 5-star result.

Amy was great and the fitters were brilliant. Our worktops are beautiful.

Quality of work and product good. Staff helpful. Martin, in particular, very helpful in resolving difficult communication issue

Fantastic customer service. I’m really happy with my new worktops.

It's easy to give great reviews when all goes to plan. It says far more about the focus a company has on delivering fab service to their customers when they get top marks despite not all not going to plan. Special call outs to Amy in the showroom and Gavin the fitter. We are extremely pleased with the worktop. Thank you 😊

Excellent customer service and a high quality product. The quartz kitchen worktops we chose were also significantly cheaper than anywhere else we looked. Would absolutely recommend this fabulous company.

We were very impressed with all the staff and found everyone extremely helpful.
The fitters were very accurate and professional and created a fabulous kitchen work surface in our new-self build. Special thanks to Kristy and Amy. We highly recommend Anything Stone.

Everything was perfect from start to finish.
From Amy in the showroom to Gav and Cohen who installed our worktop the service was just outstanding.
Keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service pre, during and post installation. The installation team are extremely competent and professional. The Kozani kitchen countertop that I purchased is of the highest quality and installed perfectly.

Service was excellent and so was the finished product

Amy was very helpful and gave us multiple quotes for different products . When we finally decided on a worktop they also gave a price match for us. The templating and fitting went really well and we were extremely happy with the journey from start to finish.

From my initial phone call, first meeting, subsequent calls (and I made many).. through to installation, every person I spoke to and dealt with were fantastic.
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional... couldn't ask for anything more from a company.
Thank you.

From start to finish, I have nothing but praise for the team. Amy investigated availability of material in stock and provided a number of quotes for me to consider. Vicky provided a clear checklist for me to use during installation of the kitchen units. Rob, who measured for the template couldn't have been better in explaining the best layout of cuts and how the join into our existing worktop would be managed. Tony, who installed it all, worked safely and efficiently, again taking care to ensure that everything was explained clearly. Finally, Kirsty in the finance team, was also very professional. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

Very pleased with worktop. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional, from Amy in the show room through to the fitters.

Very helpful! We had a small job- we wanted some shelves to match an existing worktop, but Amy spent time with us and found a perfect match. When we went to collect them, the guys on the bay couldn’t have been more helpful. Top marks all round!
