Anything Stone Avis

Welcoming, with a great variety of stone
We just dropped in by chance and saw what we wanted.

As part of a challenging extension beset by problems, Anything Stone were, by far, the best supplier. Everything was on budget and on time with no surprises. Dan was professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience very straight forward. Definitely recommend.

Great help to start with to choose the right stone for our kitchen supplying multiple free samples, always willing to help and honest about prices.

Happy to revise initial plans to include window cill at no extra cost to original quote.

Thorough review and template visit followed up a week later by the fitting.
I am so pleased with the workmanship, customer service and end product, its truly amazing.

From Day 1 on our visit to the showroom of Anything Stone we have received nothing less that friendly, efficient, professional service. We were recommenced to this company by a family member who had used their services previously. We were not disappointed.
They choose their staff well so each and every one we encountered was a true credit to the company. How sad more service industries do not train their staff to such high standards. They were a pleasure to deal with. Carolyn Bound

Had a great experience today at Anything Stone in Swindon and thought I would share here in case it helps others.
We are currently planning our kitchen renovation and had an appointment in the showroom today with one of their consultants, Dan Black to discuss worktop options. He was brilliant, he really was a mine of information. Incredibly knowledgeable, and full of advice and tips. Dan was very generous with the time he gave us, despite our endless questions we never felt rushed.
The great benefit of meeting in their showroom was to look at the kitchen displays they had set up and view the vast range of surfaces and samples they had available.
We have not ordered yet, but if we go ahead and place an order I will update this review with the delivery and installation process.
Thank you Dan!

Excellent customer service from start to finish . The worktop is beautiful and definitely recommend this company

Excellent product choices. Professional friendly staff.
Worktop t plating highly thorough and professional.
Installation carried out with great care. All this leading to a perfect result from a first class company

Easy ordering the stone and great communication throughout. Stonework looks absolutely great and is the finishing touch to the bathroom

A very professional service - can’t recommend enough. Refreshing to see these days.

Honest , good old fashioned customer service. Fantastic product - great communication from everyone we met. Thank you anything Stone!

Great company with good products at compatible prices.
very good customer experience.

Good service received upon enquiring about the different types of products at the show room followed by a clear explanation of how the template is done before agreeing to the dates for both template and fitting. These were completed as agreed and the fitting team were very professional leading us to be very happy with the results.

From ordering in the shop to the fitting was great
Lads were very polite and did a amazing job so happy with my work top

Shame there was a long wait for installation but fitters arrived when arranged and were very tidy.
Sadly the radius of the curves to fit the hob were cut wrongly. But after sales service was good as another fitter came to rework the stone the day after I called them.
Just a reminder to check stone colour in the vertical plane as well as horizontal plane as colours vary in the light.
Very pleased with worktops though.

Really impressed with the worktop and with the staff

Really impressed with Anything Stone. Great advice from Dan, helping us to choose our Carerra Amalfi quartz worktop at a very competitive price. Expert template and fitting team. We are really pleased with the quality of the finish, it has helped to transform our kitchen.

I had such a great experience with Anything Stone - from the showroom visit to the fitting! Absolutely love my worktop and would highly recommend!

What a real pleasure to deal with Dan at anything stone
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and managed to catch Dan between appointments,
In less than 30 minutes he had helped us choose the worktop look at large slabs in the warehouse review our layout plans and get it on order,
We had a very tight programme and probably left the worktop late, but they managed to accommodate us and looking forward to the delivery and installation next week,

Top notch experience with Anything Stone team once again!

We used ASUK some years back for new kitchen worktops and they were fantastic, so it was a no-brainer to approach them again now that we have moved and had a new kitchen installed. From our first meeting with Antony, to Alec doing the templating and Cameron and Ian (I hope I have the fitters names right; apologies if not!) everyone was so professional, helpful and friendly.

Antony helped us choose the right stone for our kitchen without rushing us. He worked extemely diligently to get the spec exactly as we wanted it and the price was fair and very competitive. When we called to add an extra item he dealt with these promptly and with no problem at all. We also had to amend our dates due to a slight delay in our kitchen fit, but again Antony happily amended our dates for templating and fitting to suit us. Alec was extermely knowledgable and very thorough doing our templating so we knew the final install would be perfect. The fitters arrived on the dot of the time they said they would, and were very diligent without rushing. They were very careful and left everything clean and tidy. Really nice guys to chat to aswell, and clearly took pride in providing a top-notch install. Even when they had to make a small amendment to our inset kitchen sink position (our error!) they just got on with it, with no complaints, no teeth-sucking, in fact it was 'no problem'!

It is rare these days, but at all stages and with everyone I dealt with all the team were very efficient and helpful. I particularly appreciated that people always called & arrived when they said they would.

In summary I would not hesitate to recommend ASUK. Thank you ASUK; we love our finished kitchen!
