Anytime Express Avis 42

Be careful when using Anytime Express. I booked a courier from Noida to London having approx 3.9 kg weights, These were my leather bags samples, which I was supposed to show it to my clients in UK, so my supplier choose a big volume box to keep it safe, but these people asked me more money charging on the base of box, which i agreed and paid. During transit, they repacked my parcel into a much smaller box without consent, compressed the contents, and damaged my items — yet still charged me for the original larger box size.

When I raised a complaint, it was rejected by quoting terms and conditions, with no responsibility taken for the repacking or the resulting damage. I was also charged more than what was initially communicated, despite the service being changed without agreement.

They just greedy about money but not about your valuable items.. Although i will be going for legal action against this company.

Please be careful of this scamming company.. Terrible experience.

"The service is terrible. They mislead customers, including our parents, by saying delivery will take 10-12 days without explaining working days or following up.
Their manager, Nitesh, lacks manners and never responds to messages. At the time of delivery , my sister sent me pictures of everything she packed, but now some items, including my watch, are missing.
You can see this in the attached pictures. They never respond or provide any clarity on where my watch is, and it seems like they might have taken it. On top of that, they didn't inform me or my father about customs, and I had to pay $90 in customs fees." I wish google has 0 star rating. I have been waiting for my watch for the past month, but the company has not responded to me. Where is my watch? Did they steal it?
To make things worse, their customer representative is rude, talking down to me because I live abroad and speak English.”

Extremely Unprofessional and Fraudulent Service

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Anytime Express. My shipment was tampered with—items were removed without my permission, and the delivery was incomplete. This is outright fraudulent behavior and unacceptable from a service provider.

Unauthorized Removal of Items: Without my consent, they took out items from my package, which is a clear violation of trust.
Partial Delivery: They failed to deliver the complete shipment, as packed from the source address, without providing any valid explanation or proof of restrictions.
No Compensation or Accountability: Despite their actions reducing the weight of the package, they have yet to adjust transportation costs or offer compensation for the missing items.
Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I have contacted them for an explanation and resolution, but if they fail to respond within 7 days, I will pursue legal action.

I strongly advise others to think 200 times before trusting Anytime Express with their shipments. Their service has been nothing short of a nightmare for me.

This company does not even deserve 1*. I have been waiting my shipment from last 15 days. Initially I have been told that it will take 10 days. No update so far. Worst experience ever. I am waiting for my food items, but I don’t think it’s eatable now. I don’t recommend this company. Please go with other companies.
