Do not buy from this company

Part was functional but would not fit properly. Return was impossible to return due to cost - china. Part used double sided tape to mount which was completely not adequate. No instructions were provided, you are on your own. Really bad experience. Just stay away.

Place the order, but didn't receive a tracking number. Tried to call, but there's no one to answer the phone. Got blocked trying to find my order online because they robbed me. There's no customer service whatsoever. These people are terrible at what they do, while they make you just wait incessantly. GET SUCKED by aoonuauto.com with a racial diversity big ass wang! #THECRAKAGAMES Just call Walmart for better quality lol

Do not waste your money. They part you get will not be what is displayed on their website. They do not honor refunds or returns. Just find something on Amazon or Ebay. Save yourself time, money and frustration.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They sent me an emblem the size of a frisbee. They’re horrible at communicating and the product material was cheap. Go buy your emblem from Putco.

AOONUAUTO is a SCAM. I spent over $100 on light for my Mercedes and they sent me complete junk!! Now trying to return the unused item and they are giving me issues and not responding to my emails. Ohh the international number they have listed for customer service does not work either!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING… it’s ALL JUNK FROM CHINA.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY — the tread plates scratch instantly and look used after minimal contact. The seller refused a return, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointed with both the product and customer service.

These guys are legit. They make quality products in China and ship to your door. Quality is amazing. Price is reasonable. They are fairly quick, considering the shipping lag. If they don’t have what you want, don’t be afraid to ask them to make you custom. They have done great things for me.

The whole experience was great from trying to figure out the correct part for my truck to the ordering and shipping process. Gave constant updates on the shipping process and after receiving my emblem i had an issue that was quickly resolved through service tech that wasn't even related to their product at all but they pointed me un the right direction. Overall great experience and great customer service and most of all a great product! Highly recommend!

I bought a 2018 VW Tiguan Emblem. Went to the place to get installed and it was too small. Ive informed the company, they told me theyd refund me and still havent.

I can admit that when I saw the add for the emblem I was a little hesitant due to the price vs other prices. The waiting time time to receive it was a bit longer than anticipated but we'll worth the wait. I couldn't wait to install it on my truck. Although there were no instructions, youtube had plenty. The emblem had 2-way tape, but I did add more to the truck side for security purposes. It looks great on my truck. Now we'll see how long it last.Thanks again, I will be looking for more products for my 2017 F150.

I had an issue with my remote control for the light and I email them and they solved my problem and send me out another remote control. Great company and I love there commitment of their product. I will be ordering from them again. Thanks for great customer service.

Order in April 2025. Now its may..! Never sent out any product. Emails i sent was replied with so many excuses " do not worry" comments. I finally used paypal to get my money refunded. This company in china is not for me..

I ordered door sills for Mercedes C class unfortunately they are too short. Price around £100 At such a price and from such a company there should be no mistakes. I am disappointed with the communication with the company. I do not recommend....

Dont do it.
I bought a simple item to make sure I would get it. Got it and its lackluster. They are ok but you can tell they are cheap. I wanted splash guards for my NEW TO ME car and they had some that were supposed to fit my vehicle. They didn't. Holes don't line up and the gaps are terrible compared to VEHICLE SPECIFIC fit.

I have sent many pics and been going back and forth over a month. They now say that they are supposed to fit and they can't help any further but they clearly do not. I spend 15 years in Auto industry. THEY DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY and being based in China its just money wasted. Dont waste your precious cash here.

I had an issue with the first emblem that I installed. I reached out to the company and they immediately made it right and sent a replacement. Awesome customer service!! Thank you 😊
