I made the mistake of putting the wrong address on my order. Reached out to them and they took care of business very quickly. They were so understanding of my mistake.

I had wanted to exchange my glasses and Michelle from customer service was super helpful with the whole process and went smoothly! Can't wait to start using these glasses!

Excellent customer service! I ordered two black glasses: one with orange lenses and the other with red lenses. The ones with the orange lenses came with little scratches on the lenses. I sent Aóuhra a picture of the scratch and they helped me by sending new glasses. What you see in the promos it's, what you get! Great product!

Smooth delivery glasses came and was happy with purchase! Had a mix up where there was a 2 for 1 deal and I forgot to add the second glasses but costumer support were quick to act on my order and sorted me out!

It's just a relief to have these glasses both mentally and physically. Everyone should own them. I am giving the two pairs I bought to my children, and will now buy the clip on lenses for myself for my prescription glasses. I would love to see Aouhra sunglasses too. Customer service has been excellent - this is a serious product. The glasses pouches are smart.

Glasses are 10/10. Love them. Delivery was a bit delayed but the staff was helpful about tracking the shipment, so I had no worries about it. I recommend trying these glasses before sleep since they help a lot with strain and easy sleep.

Really awesome glasses, great quality of the product and they actually help you with focusing on what work you need to do and they keep your eyes safe. So for those that didn't buy them yet I advise you give It a try at least, because they actually work and you will see Improvments If you wear them consistently!

Tienen un track de seguimiento del producto muy bueno y eficiente, se puede evidenciar en que estado se encuentra el producto desde el momento en el que se recibió, el tiempo de entrega es mas largo del esperado en mi caso decía que máximo en 14 días pero en realidad fueron 21, además, el servicio al cliente es muy bueno, contestan rápido si tienes cualquier comentario o sugerencia, están dispuestos a escuchar.

Nice product, today I can enjoy it very well cause it is really helpful and satisfying but the only problem was the shipping time and the website of the shipping.

Must be the worse experience ever!! Paid for faster shipping (max 9 days) 20 days have now passed and the ”customer support” is just telling be patient. Also no response at all on instagram and by reading the comments there it looks like I’m definitely not alone with this. So still not sure why I paid extra for shipping 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I start thinging this is scam site becose you dont get any info of your package(like its not even existing) and the Ai that answer the emails obviously is there to waste time?
If any alive person in Aouhra read this are u real or scam?

I ordered 2 pair of blue light glasses, 1 day time and 1 night use glasses. Unfortunately the night use pair came broken but I talked to the support who is very helpfully and is sending a new pair. I really enjoy using the orange day use and can't wait to get the red night use pair.
