Customer service is spot on when I send…
Customer service is spot on when I send a email they respond straight no waiting around and they slove the problem straight away they don't mess you around inhave problem with my battery charger over heating they sent me a new one with 24 hours I received a new one.

Issue with rear tyre
Within one week of receiving the scooter the rear tyre won’t stay inflated- only done 30 miles on it. No sign of a puncture looking at the rear tyre.
UPDATE- after care service was very good, scooter returned to supplier to get issue rectified and returned to me promptly. Communication was very good. Thank you

Great design and well made
Delivery only took three days and it was a Bank Holiday weekend. Item arrived well packaged and came with a couple of allen keys and a tyre inflator valve. Scooter only took 10 minutes to connect the handle bars, then another 10 minutes just to double check the other nuts and bolts and it was ready to roll. I bought the XTS 500 and honestly the pictures don't do it justice, it's an absolutely lovely piece of kit.

Excellent product and service
Apache is an excellent product, backed by wonderful service from the team. A special thanks to Daniel and David for ensuring the package was successfully delivered via FedEx.
Special note:
While the product and service from the Apache team were excellent, my experience with FedEx was very disappointing. The package, promised within 2 days, took 9 days to arrive. When I contacted FedEx, I was told the delivery failed because the package was sent to the wrong address. However, when I spoke with the driver upon delivery, he told me this was the first time he had attempted the delivery. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, and the customer service was not helpful or friendly. I would strongly recommend Apache consider using a different shipping provider.
