We used Apex Bridging to help our client purchase a BMV property that was not without its complications. Throughout the process Apex were proactive and positive when needing to find solutions to certain challenges that occurred during the transaction. I must say they were also very patient with the borrowers solicitors as this transaction took far longer to convey than you would expect for normal bridging conveyancing.

Happily use Apex again and more than happy to recommend to the broker community.

Client approached me for help with an auction purchase after being messed around by another broker for 5 weeks. With 1 week remaining before notice was served and the client not having finance in place, I spoke with Louise (who was very helpful) and the ball was rolling. I was then introduced to Sarah who was underwriting my case and she was fantastic. I had Sarah's direct line and she would ALWAYS take my call whenever I needed - the support was amazing.
