If I could give six stars to Apex Doma I would.
Thanks to Ian, the MD of Apex Doma and their customer focused team, it made, what seemed at times difficult choices actually quite easy and working with them was an absolute pleasure.
From the initial consultation through to installation all the staff members with whom I dealt with were friendly, courteous and enthusiastic about their job.
If you need any advice on any aspect of a solar/battery installation Ian has produced a lot of no nonsense, informative clips on YouTube which should cover any questions you may have so I would recommend looking them up on this site.
Another reason for choosing Apex Doma was the fact that they're a Which Trusted Trader which requires a higher standard than other comparable sites.
Finally, this sums up their company ethos. My neighbour was also going to have a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery installed, unfortunately he suffered a rather bad stroke and his wife cancelled the installation as to continue was just too much for her at the time.
Apex Doma didn't bat an eyelid, passed on their best wishes and just said get back in touch when you're ready.
A few days later, a big bunch of flowers arrived for my neighbour from Apex Doma and wishing her husband a speedy recovery. That is why I wish I could give Ian and his team six stars.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Apex Doma, from our very first contact right through to having our solar system up and running. Everything went smoothly, and the whole team has been brilliant.
A special mention has to go to Ian, one of the co-founders, who we had the pleasure of having visit us at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything properly and answer all of our questions, but most importantly, he was honest and straightforward. That gave us a lot of confidence in choosing Apex Doma.
We’re also big fans of their YouTube channel. We learned so much from it while researching solar, and it was one of the things that really helped us feel confident about what we were choosing.
The installation team — Matt, Joe L, Joe J, Charlie and Owen — were absolutely brilliant. They worked incredibly hard, did a great job and were respectful of our home and property throughout. We really couldn’t have asked for a better team to install our panels.
We’re now up and running with our solar system and absolutely love it. It’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we’re genuinely very happy that we chose Apex Doma.

We’ve had Solar PV, Battery, Home Gateway & EV charger fitted at our property, all supplied and fitted by Apex Doma. Communication throughout was excellent and the team of installers (Liam, Matt & Joe L) were professional, personable and a pleasure to have around. Our property was respected at all times and they ensured we had all Apps up and running before leaving. Highly recommended and efficient organisation, providing great customer service!

After viewing Apex doma on YouTube and seeing how informative Ian was,we decided to get a quote for Tesla power wall 3 with expansion pack plus gateway, to replace our current battery system,the quote was very competitive so decided to go ahead with the work,
The team did a brilliant job of removing the old batteries and integrating the power wall with gateway with our exciting solar array,
The hole job looks so much neater and professional than what we had before,
And we couldn't be happier with how it's operating,
So would have no problems in recommending Apex doma, to anyone looking to invest in solar panels and batteries, because of their professional approach to customer relations, and workmenship.

Worth waiting for - had Tesla PW3 and 2 auxiliary units installed + gateway + EV charger (Hypervolt) - installation team of Matt & Liam always polite & approachable- extremely tidy and good looking installation exactly as I’d requested - finished and commissioned on 2nd morning as promised - left site spotless. We found Apex Doma via the very informative YouTube channel, which progressed to the installation of our system. Equal credit has to go to all the staff from production of quotation, the office staff, installation, commissioning and after care. We where spending so much on energy for our home we considered moving. We called in Aprex Doma to enquire about installing solar.
After meeting the fabulous Adam from Aprex Doma, we decided to go for it. He really spend a huge amount of time going through all our options and the after service was second to none. He also is a bit of a solar panel geek and is so knowledgable.
We have HALVED yes, saved 50% on our electric costs. I cannot recommend Apex Doma enough really 5 star service.

I used Apex Doma for a 16 panel, in-roof solar array, along with a battery and gateway. They were able to recommend a local roofer, whom they've worked with previously- resulting in a seamless, hitch free installation, taking just one week, re-roofed, solar in, everything connected all up and running. They are very knowledgeable, hard working, explained everything from the outset, understood my needs, followed their projected timeliness. I cannot fault them and I am very pleased.

I've had a superb experience engaging with Apex Doma over the past 6 or so months while investigating the options around battery and solar systems leading to them installing battery storage for me at my home just this week.

Through every stage of our interactions from the initial video call discussion on into quoting, refining details, site visits, communications around invoicing and delivery times and then finally on into the installation itself I have found the company to be super friendly, super professional and extremely good at setting expectations and meeting them.

I've perhaps dealt with 8-10 people over that time at the company and, whether by email, phone, video or in person I've found them really good to work with and extremely enthusiastic in what they do.

I'll call out Ian and Adam who both came out to do site visits and Matt and Owen who did the excellent installation work but everyone else has also been superb.

I'd highly recommend Apex Doma and I would return to them for any additions that I make to my system or any new systems in the future.

Great company, definitely recommended. We had some really useful pre-install chats with Ian that really clarified what we wanted from a system. We thought initially just solar but we installed solar and a Tesla powerwall.
It’s been in for a few months now and we think it’s great - so I can write this review having actually had time to use the system. We use very little electricity from the grid now and what we use is on the overnight tariff. Even in cloudy Manchester we generate decent amounts of solar - this really took off as we went into spring and we now export to the grid in the day as we generate far more than the battery can store.
Roofers Roan, Joe L and electricians Jimmy and Joe J were all lovely.
(We even got a ‘green energy cash incentive’ from our mortgage company once we’d installed solar)

Apex Doma rock - period.

After countless hours spent researching which company to engage for our Solar installation, we finally engaged with Apex Doma and we are so glad that we did. From initial contact with Ian (your YouTube videos helped immensely) and Leigh who provided a thorough breakdown on the available options to meet our requirements and the girls in the back office to final installation today, this company have seriously delivered.

It has been such a long time since coming across a company that knows their stuff, turns up on time, does an amazing professional installation with no mess, constant communication and ultimately offers ongoing customer support going forward. This was apparent when another guy (apologies, I can't remember your name) turned up this morning to check the install and make sure everything was good.

And a huge shout out to the guys that attended our home. Charlie, Dan, Matt, Joe, Jimmy and Owen - you are all a credit to your profession and such well mannered, polite and courteous young men. Thank you all.

I have had a great experience with Apex Doma for my solar and battery installation right the way through the process. I initially found them on You Tube whilst researching for one of the products I had been quoted for ( Sigenery Sigenstor), very informative and no sales pitch. After looking at their web site and doing some other research I arranged a call and spoke to Ian. I had a site serve done by Adam, again still not pushing for a sale. From the people I spoke to in the office to the installation team Matt, Joe L, Owen and Leigh. Everyone was polite and kept us informed of what would be happening and when.Great team and a great company to business with.

System installed ahead of schedule. The team was polite, friendly, and professional throughout. People often say “you get what you pay for,” but in this case Apex Doma set the benchmark for exceptional service.

They were very professional & friendly. From the initial home visit by Ian right through the installation.
