I had placed an order for two quantities of the same product by mistake, and the team were kind enough to accommodate my request for a change and an adjustment to the price. Very professional, extremely prompt, and a great deal of care went into packaging the product. I will always seek Apexel for my mobile photography needs in the future. Focus point is too difficult to achieve

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the Apexel 20–40x lens. At 20x zoom, the clarity is impressive and definitely a step up from a normal smartphone camera. As the zoom approaches 40x, sharpness does drop a bit, but it’s still far better than what you’d get without the lens. The overall build feels sturdy and of good quality—it doesn’t come across as a cheap product.

Attaching it to the phone takes some practice, and I’ve found it works best when mounted on a tripod. Handheld use is too shaky for consistent results. That said, the tripod itself could be sturdier, and I’ve struggled to unscrew the phone clip even after repeated attempts. The circular grip that secures the lens to the tripod also feels loose and doesn’t function as smoothly as it should.

Despite these issues, this is a very good product for beginner bird watchers. With a sturdier tripod and better fittings, it could easily become a go-to accessory for anyone starting out in bird photography.

Worst case it's back side it completely worst like gum comming out

The 18X lens clearity is not good. After adjusting the Focus the image not coming with clarity.

Design is not so eye catchy for a premium smartphone

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Apexel. I placed an order and paid in full, but to this day I have neither received my product nor a refund. Despite repeated attempts to contact their support team through different channels, I received either no response or completely unhelpful replies.

This is not only unprofessional but also shows a total lack of respect for customers. Apexel has failed to deliver on their promises, kept my money, and ignored my concerns. Such behavior is unacceptable for any company that claims to be trustworthy.

If I do not receive my order or refund, I will have no choice but to take this issue to consumer protection authorities and share my experience on every major review platform to warn others.

I strongly warn anyone considering this company: do not waste your time or money with Apexel.
