SCAM!! NOT A REGISTERED HEDGEFUND AND NO ACTIVE BUISNESS LICENSING
Scam! Applied for job working there as a Transaction Operations Specialist. They are NOT a registered hedge fund! BEWARE!!! After an hour long "interview" that was extremely informal, they just went over my resume and told me about the job i was going to do which is "verifying transactions and checking for errors". Is a 1099 LLC Partnership job and they would pay for me to establish an LLC. This means anything done through them comes back to me directly and not through them effectively insulating them when an investor gets inevitably ripped off and I would be on the hook. Said they would set me up with a crypto exchange account (To launder the funds they will inevitably steal).Asked me to provide my banking information for them to "pay" me effectively giving them control of my bank accounts. Was told they were sending me links to download a "dashboard" for my job that when checked though ai is a trojan/rootkit. Checked their business registration and is "inactive" after being established in January 2025. (side note the interviewer "Darshelle Smiley" told me she's worked there "forever" and several others had been there for years. so that was a total lie). They also list a FinCen ID which does not come back as legit.
DO NOT INVEST ANYTHING WITH THESE SCAMMERS, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM FOR EMPLOYMENT! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!!
