I needed the E62.M16-233L30 for an industrial application and found it through Apexon. The part received was the correct model and the seller was responsive during the order process. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
I purchased a TDK EPCOS B43564-S9588-M1 capacitor from Apexon. The model and specifications matched my requirement and the ordering process was straightforward. I was satisfied with both the product and communication.
Thanks you for your service. I try to find this product for more than a year,just to received a faulty one and have to pay ten times the price of the fuse for import cost. I guess it will cost me more money to returned it.

After receiving your email, we replied and asked for clear photos, a short video, and the relevant test method/readings so that we can verify the reported fault and determine the appropriate after-sales solution. At this stage, we have not yet received the information needed to complete that assessment.
Regarding the import charges mentioned in your review, these are duties and taxes assessed at destination and are separate from the product quality issue. Unfortunately, such charges are outside our control.
We are not refusing to address the matter. We remain ready to review it fairly and provide appropriate after-sales support once the reported fault can be verified.
