Apex Verandas Avis 

Well we took the plunge and got a veranda. What an amazing addition to our home. Another room in 2 days. We enjoy gardening and our garden but in normal NI weather get little time to sit out and enjoy it.....That has changed. The veranda is noticeably quieter in the morning when traffic going to work which is pleasant. It has also insulated our french doors and in this weather we have to keep an eye on temperatures....was at 41degrees when I got home today. Installation team were great and the whole process painless. Wife happy has I hadn't wanted to go down the route of a conservatory and the grief that would bring. Would highly recommend Apex and indeed this system

My wife and I decided to upgrade the back of the house and after checking out the providers for the project found Apex verandas coming out on top for value , quality of build and beauty
Seamus , Roger and the assembly crew took care of everything once we had decided on the model of conservatory we wanted for the main section and a wonderful step down roof from the annex into the conservatory and assembled the structure in 3 days and worked non stop to complete the project

The end result is absolutely stunning with a mix of modern conservatory and 1930s belfast brick that has a wonderful Amber glow in the evenings .friends and family as well as neighbours are amazed at how beautiful the build has turned out and I am truly grateful to apex verandas for the first class work and service they have provided us and have no hesitation in highly recommending to anyone the professionalism of apex verandas

Amazing product-so good we’re on to our THIRD (let’s face it our weather here sucks so why not put a roof over your back yard!). We now have two glass verandas and one car port. We use the ‘glass rooms’ in all weathers and almost every day! The Apex guys are fantastic-Seamus and Co - recommend getting them to fit it also!

Excellent company to deal with. The team that came from Galway to build the veranda were really very good. Also they left everything in great order before they left. We are delighted with the finished product. Highly recommended.

So pleased with my verrandah, it went way beyond my expectations. There are small quality touches everywhere and the finish is superb. The garden/home link that it makes elevates the overall design of the house. It is not just for the summer and is a beautiful extra outdoor room for our large family. We couldn't be happier and have to pinch ourselves when we look outside now it's complete.

After much searching around for a quality veranda I decided to go with Apex Verandas and they did not disappoint. From going to their impressive showroom and meeting the ever friendly owner Seamus the whole experience from conception to completion was faultless. The quality of the materials, the hard working team including Dean & Stanley and the boys and the finished product a 6.5m × 2.5m veranda was sublime.
Also not only did Apex offer the very best value for money as I had shopped around,a lot it is magnificent addition to my property assembled in only 2 days and one of the best decisions I have ever met in terms my home and even my neighbours were super impressed and are actively considering getting the same.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Apex Verandas and Seamus to anyone considering buying one.

Excellent company and easy to work with

I cannot fault these guys. Storm damaged my room and immediately we contacted them. They arrived the very next day to fix the damage. Great service and fabulous product.

I have had an ongoing problem with roof sheet loose on roof. Had to put planks on roof twice and made company aware. Had asked for roof to be fixed before storm on 24th but no one arrived. Had to put planks on roof at 5am before red warning. Terrible aftercare bordering on negligence as they were aware of problem, tried to fix but failed initially and did not come to site before storm.

I just had my apex veranda completed today and words cannot describe how delighted I am. Stanley and his team were fantastic, high standard of workmanship and so tidy. From start to finish this was a professional job. Seamus and the crew were so helpful and accommodating, thanks very much from an extremely satisfied customer.

I got an installation of the free standing 5×3.5 with 2 aluminium walls and 2 sliding glass doors veranda. The work was completed by Adrian and the team in Galway. I am delighted with the quality of work and the structure as a whole. They were not hesitant to install the structure on my fragile existing ground tiles. I cannot recommend them enough! Definetly a great and pleasant experience! Thank you!

The installation team set the bar very high for any other company to try to beat. We know that we are not easy to please but Dean & Michael were very professional, they even worked on in the dark with their own floodlights on stands to get finished & then their cleanup was simply on another level as they brushed up then washed down the whole area & finally followed this up with leaf blowers to dry the areas both inside and out.

Terrible customer service..

They ask for an 80% deposit, which I consider way too much.. They put pressure on me to pay the deposit advising they were drawing up the schedule for installs, I was led to believe I would get an install date once I had paid..
However I had to followup with them several times, eventually got an install date after about 1 month!! Was concerned that this was a scam initially, as once the despoit was paid their was silence.. Not happy..

Took them just under 8 wks to complete Install:
- Came out to install on 28 Oct - initially they thought it was just a pergola, did not realise that their were sliding doors. Despite me telling them about this they installed the pitch of the roof too low to fit the doors!
- Came back 29 Oct - to redo pitch of roof and install sliding glass.. broke one of the panes
- They advised they would be back with a new pane, following up during the week and Seamus advised would be out on Saturday - no show
- Finally came back on the Monday 4th November - completed the Doors
- Seamus advised we would get the locks installed, just waiting on shipping 2 - 3 weeks max. and would be out straight away.
-Had to wait til 19th Dec before they came back, despite Seamus advised on 3 separate occasions where they were no shows.
- They also demanded full payment on the 14 Nov, I refused because it was not complete, they were very rude saying they werent confident that I would pay!!
- Finally, before payment I asked for details on warranty on the 23 Dec, he advised he would send me details after Xmas.. I paid the remainder on the 1 Jan 2025 and had to ask Seamus for the email on the warranty where he simply just sent a cut and paste:
"Our products are made from high quality materials with a long lifespan. We offer a standard 5-year warranty on all our aluminium verandas."
I had asked for details on whai it covers etc, as the above is very vague..

Very very dissapointed in the whole job from start to finish.. I would not recommend this company, caused a lot of unnecessary grief!

Ten out of ten for seamus and co wanted my patio done before Xmas and sure enough was finished on the 17th dec the way in which the tradesmen carried out there job was second to done neat and very tidy and left the place amazingly clean can not recommend this company enough waited 17 years for this room and love it thanks a Million seamus

A big thanks to Seamus and his team. A smooth experience from start to finish. The guys who installed our veranda were polite and professional. Stanley was extremely helpful throughout the build. We are delighted with our new outdoor living space. Finished off with a hot tub to make it just that little bit more special. I would highly recommend Apex Verandas if you are thinking of an addition to your home or garden.

I can’t praise Apex Verandas enough. Another company made a mess of installing my Veranda and along came Apex Verandas to put it right. Not only did they perfectly fix someone else’s failure but they turned my disappointment into pure joy. I was so impressed by the company that I added a combination of glass doors and aluminium/polycarbonate sides to make my simple Veranda into a wonderful family outdoor space. They quoted a price that I was happy with and they stuck to it. They turned up when they said they would. They talked me through how they would fix the mistakes made by the other company and did exactly what they said they would do to an exceptionally high standard of craftsmanship. The onsite team of artisans work tirelessly and have left me with a beautiful space that will brings years of enjoyment. Thank you Apex Verandas - it was a pleasure doing business with you.
