Experience

I’ve heard about airforce api about two months ago and started on may, prices are very reasonable and I chose premium. There isn’t any problems in my experience, Although there are some hicks at first but immediately were fixed, so overall it was a nice experience.

Wonderful experience, great pricing and very friendly staff which helped me fix a problem which I had for quite a while. Competent people with great services and even better customer support.

cheap, pretty fast ai and high quality staff

for what it is, its absurdly cheap ai (as advertised) so in my eyes its worth it and deserving of a high review. staff is almost constantly avilable to fix provider issues, respond to suppor tickets, etc. community helps itself internally, their subscriptions are nice (even after the overhaul,) at their price to performance, even if there is definitely a big community focus on the glm models. but having an ai like Claude as cheap as it is is why i give this a 5 star, with the other models is a nice bonus.

The people behind this site are working very hard to listen to the community and make improvements every day. Any issues I have had, have been resolved very quickly and with much care.

High price for what it offers

I don't think it's particularly bad, but for the cost, the amount of downtimes, the reduced and lobotomized catalog of models that still have the context reduced unless you pay the additional subscription to remove the context limit.

I don't think it's worth it at all. especially compared to other services that offer even more for less price.

Buggy at first, things got well afterwards.

Things got off to a terrible start, given that almost all of the APIs stopped working. Though after some support help over the past few days, things finally turn out well, and I can use all of the models with ease.

Would recommend, though you have to be aware that some models are hit harder from the DDOS attacks than others. Request a ticket from them and be patient, and they should resolve it in a day or 2.

The support team is super prompt and…

The support team is super prompt and the number of models offered is pretty solid. They seem to be hammering out some issue with uptimes but pobody's nerfect!

Downtime has gotten worse but I really hope they improve!

Unreliable, massive amounts of downtime

Their website says 99% uptime and 53ms average latency. This is blatantly false advertising. I subscribed for a month and I have only been able to reliably use this service maybe 2-3 days out of the week. It is constantly down for HOURS resulting in wasted credits and failed generations.

To clarify the uptime and latency figures on our website: these are measured averages since our launch in October and reflect the overall performance across that entire period, not a guarantee for any individual week. We understand that this distinction may not have been clear enough, and we'll look into communicating this better.

Regarding the downtime you experienced, we were hit by severe DDoS attacks and other attempted infrastructure attacks during a specific period, which unfortunately caused extended outages over the span of roughly two days. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been. However, we want to note that the service was not down 5 out of 7 days per week on a regular basis. The issues you described were tied to that specific incident, and outside of that, uptime has been significantly better.

Since then, we've made substantial improvements to our infrastructure to better mitigate these types of attacks, and we're already seeing much more stable uptime as a result.

We also want to make sure you're aware that we've been actively offering compensation to all affected premium users, either a plan extension for the time lost and additional pay-as-you-go credits as a sign of good will. Many users have already taken advantage of this, and the offer still stands. Simply open a support ticket and we'll take care of it for you.

And of course, if you feel the service isn't the right fit, we're happy to process a refund, just reach out via a support ticket and we'll get that handled as quickly as possible.

We're a small team that genuinely cares about keeping this service running and improving it every day. We hope you'll give us another chance, but either way, we want to make it right for you.

Its not bad

Its not bad, but its not the greatest. Its constantly down, models dont work, the RPM is regulated by global which isn't the worse but having to wait a full minute to get a response isn't the most pleasing, and you ask questions in #help, more than often it goes unanswered and ignored. In addition; the staff tends to ignore questions.

The benefits of this service is the various models they have available on the website, the daily limit, as well as good quality responses you receive from the models.

You raise some fair points, so let us address them:

Downtime: We experienced a period of heavy DDoS attacks that caused noticeable outages. Since then, we've invested significantly in hardening our infrastructure, and stability has improved a lot. We're committed to keeping it that way.

Models not working: Some models occasionally go down due to issues on the upstream provider side, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, we actively monitor model availability and work to restore or replace affected models as quickly as possible.

RPM / Global Rate Limit: The global rate limit exists to keep the service fair and accessible for all users, especially on the free tier. That said, premium users do get higher limits, and we're continuously working on optimizing response times across the board. If you're consistently experiencing full minute waits, that may have been tied to the DDoS period rather than normal operation.

Support response times: To be honest, this surprises us a bit. We typically respond to support tickets quite promptly, and as you can see from our Discord activity, we're very active and engaged with the community on a daily basis. If your message did slip through somehow, we sincerely apologize. Please don't hesitate to reach out again via a support ticket and we'll make sure to get back to you right away.

It's okay.

Everything worked, and it had generous free limits. the only problem is that it is unstable, with many models being unavaialable. still- CHEAP CLAUDE YAAYAYAYAYAY
