The customer service was incredible
The customer service was incredible. There was an issue with the courier company not turning up when they should have but Apley Beds themselves were amazing. The TV Bed I purchased along with the mattress is just perfect. Looks and feels premium, I would definitely recommend these guys 100%

Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, communication excellent, stunning bed, well worth the money. Fitters were fantastic, lovely, clean and took pride in their work.
Would highly recommend a purchase from this company. I will order again 100%

Really happy with my new bed
Really happy with my new bed, and feel like I got a great deal on price. Delivery was pretty quick too, especially considering I didnt pay a postage charge!

Absolutely awful
EDIT. Company can reply to a review but not a email , say a bed is delivered in perfect condition is laughable I have photos of bed sides one near 3cm longer all photo evidence and full chat will be uploaded to all social media
Absolutely awful company we bought a bespoke super king frame , holes in fabric bolts broken, side panels different lengths, bed base like cardboard. Asked for a refund , but was promised a new bed with stronger base if we gave them a chance to rectify the issue, new bed finally arrived after long wait, delivery drivers came and put new sides and new base on the old headboard, although they had the new one on the van . The base is the same not a stronger one like promised, the new sides are not the same length , complete joke . After more messages of complaints asking for a refund , they try palm us of with £100 discount and holiday vouchers just to keep the bed when we declined there offer communication stopped , if you want quality goods look elsewhere .

All of our product purchases are covered by the likes Klarna or Paypal. So in an event like this where there is a conflicting account of events an independent 3rd party reviews the process, documents, images and videos of the actual events and comes to an independent dispute resolution. We provided a British Furniture Manufacturers approved product which means that the products are manufactured to a process by the highest accreditation body in the UK for our sector. The product was delivered in perfect order, checked and signed for. We tried our best to facilitate an amicable outcome but it didn't work. In rare instances like this a 3rd party dispute resolution is in place. This is what reputable companies do.

The beds are basic as required, very surprisingly comfy but absolutely fantastic value. Delivery was swift, professional and considerably quicker than expected. Very happy, thank you.

I have recently discovered Apley Beds
I have recently discovered Apley Beds, I was pleased to see they offered a much more customer focused service than others i cantacted.
Their website is very easy to use with loads of different beds and mattresses all made in the uk. I bought a king size bed with the Empire Mattress which feels uber luxurious and a great help for my back pains. The best sleep i have had for years. Highly recommended.
