William was GREAT
I received service the same day I called and the tech came out to my house. He cleaned up my computer and installed new software and explained what went wrong in language that I could understand,
I will keep his name if I need to have a tech again and pass it on to my family and friends

Had two other mobile company's come to…
Had two other mobile company's come to the house and they did not resolve issues so took into a repair shop and they did not resolve issue. I call A Plus Tech and he came to house asked a few questions and spent less than a hour and all issue addressed and fixed with ease. The only tech I will be calling in the future.

OUTSTANDING!
I have used William for a few years now for computer issues and he has always been very efficient, professional, informative, and trustworthy. I have called or texted him at different hours of the day with problems I could not solve and he comes through every time, it is such a relief to know my issues will always be taken care of.

A Plus Tech is a good company. I found it on the computer. They also don't charge as much as a computer doctor. I am happy with the service that I get.
