I tried three different companies before finding APM, and I’m so glad I did. Nate, specifically, put our company back on track and patiently trained our accounting department on the intricacies of Buildium. His expertise and dedication have been invaluable, and I can’t recommend APM enough.
Nate Standen was our onboarding specialist, and he was a godsend! He was so helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. His background in Buildium software made him an even greater asset! He taught us so much about the software, which will help our business run more smoothly. We learned more from Nate than from our onboarding Buildium "specialist." He was also very patient and a great teacher! His attention to detail and smarts made this clean up much less painful than it could have been! Before APM, I could not trust or feel confident about our books, and now that Nate has helped us clean everything, I feel confident with the numbers and the data.

I couldn't be happier with our experience working with APM & CBK. We have greatly improved our business since partnering with them as our bookkeeping and corporate accounting team. I want to give extra recognition to Stacy and Lorean because not only have they helped us as a service provider, but they have also been an absolute pleasure to work with. Joah has been fantastic as well, but our 1:1 capacity has been more limited, so we haven't been able to get as much of an opportunity to develop a more personal relationship with him.

We hired four different bookkeepers and accounting companies and suffered the stress of messy bookkeeping and all the time and attention that the corrections demanded before we found APM help. We were fortunate to get Nate as our assigned accounting cleanup agent. Nate is an expert in Buildium accounting processes. As a property manager some of the biggest issues that create extreme stress are accounting and maintenance. I have unfortunately dealt with many companies that do not do the accounting correctly and do not perform to ½ of what they claim they do. In dealing with a real estate division audit I realized that the company I have been using (who was the best I could find when I hired them) was failing miserably. I am not an expert in accounting which is why I hire the experts. In planning to switch companies yet again, I literally had been interviewing about 8 companies. None of which fully fit what we needed but I almost picked one just because I needed to. In doing a google search I found APM HELP. I was actually blown away by the quickness and knowledge they provided. On the same day they gave me the quote for clean up and monthly services. I had been waiting for over a week from the other companies. In doing this interview with their clean up team they pointed out, in 20 minutes, a lot of things my current company was not doing correctly. I am in the clean up phase and onboarding with them but I can tell you that already, they have caught many issues and are helping create policies and procedures that help ensure things are correct going forward. They are very helpful and walk me through the things that I do not understand. I have already started using their maintenance team and from day 1, they have been on it and clearly have the knowledge of what they are doing. All companies have a little different process but they took what/how we do things and have improved them. They are doing all the things I wanted my maintenance team to do that we just didn't have the time to do. I can't tell you enough that the peace I am starting to feel now having APM on my accounting and maintenance team is giving me and my staff. Not only are they quick, efficient and knowledgeable, their customer service is truly top notch. My in office team and I are already planning how to grow now that we have APM on our team. They are relieving a ton of work, clean up and stress from us! Thank you APM!!
