This place hounds you about upcoming appointments and threatens a $50 fee if you miss, but today they were the ones who didn’t show up. I sat on hold for 45 minutes for a scheduled meeting and no one ever joined the call. I’m sure they won’t be sending me $50 for their own no‑show. Poor follow‑through and double standards

Unorganized clowns that do not care about your well being; they only want to forward a medical cannabis prescription to your LP which charges way more then any other cannabis stores in Ontario. Legal medical cannabis providers (LPs) is a scam as they jack up the prices so much and the quality is trash! After 8 years of being with these folks Apollo I'm done with them! I'm not asking permission to grow something that is my basic human right and the cannabis I grow is better and free of dangerous chemicals.

The fact I can speak with the Doctor and the product consultant is valuable to decide what I need, in which form, and where to buy. The number of providers expanded so much, that it would be difficult to choose by myself alone.
I value the fact that the providers recommended by Apollo are reliable, regulated and, after reviewing my medical condition with the Doctor, I trust that I am buying correct product.

Apollo Clinics facilitated my cannabis prescription and since that time have assisted in my annual renewals, appointments with medical practitioners, etc. I appreciate their humane treatment and ability to navigate me through the system and enable me to improve my mental and physical health.

Ive been using Apollo Clinic for sometime now due to its the only way I can get insurance to pay for my medicine. Apollo clinics is great if you know what you want , dont mind spending crazy amounts of money on garbage weed and you gotta kno about products. Here at Apolo the weed , hash, edibles, concentrates and devices are all very overpriced and have very little thc levels. It's honestly a total rip off. Considering I can get double the amount and x4 THC levels for a fraction of the price at the dispensary on the corner, the only thing is insurance won't cover that. Finally, the workers at apollo clinic Don't smoke weed and don't know their products. Absolutely zero help trying to figure out how to use the glass kettle Apollo sells or the focus v dab rig. All are extremely over priced and can be found online for alot less if you have the cash . I brought up the fact that everyrging is so over priced and even showed my sales rep other sites that have the same products for way cheaper and they just told me they'd look into it. No deals were given or any compensation. Honestly if you dont have to use Apollo I wouldn't

I had been with BodyStream Medical before it was absorbed by Apollo Cannabis Clinics. Although there also were some issues with BodyStream, Apollo has proved to be much worse. For example, during the 1st appointment, the doctor to whom I was assigned was VERY rude and impersonal. During the 2nd appointment, it sounded like jack hammers were being used next to him, making it virtually impossible to hear, far less understand him, since the extremely loud noise drowned out what he was saying. Eventually I simply yelled, “Everything’s the same.” To add to my disgust, he simply hung up. No apology! And today, I had a phone appointment at 1:50 pm with the Triage Team to assist me with updating my information. Since I was still waiting at 2:25 pm, I called Apollo. When I explained, the person who had answered the phone did apologise. After having been put on hold for quite some time, I was then told someone would call me within half an hour. At 3:35 pm, however, I was still waiting! I called Apollo again. After being on hold for nearly 10 minutes, I was finally able to speak with someone, explaining the situation yet again. Following a brief hold, I was told that the person I was to have spoken with “had technical issues” and “had to sign off for the day”. As a result, no one would call me anymore today. The person who had answered the phone did apologise repeatedly and told me someone would call be by 12 noon on Monday, January 12th – prior to my 2:40 pm appointment with the doctor to whom I had now been assigned. I told her, however, that I also had an appointment I no longer would be able to change at 11 am that day, which is why I very much had hoped to get this done today. She apologised again and told me that she would leave a note for the Triage Team to call as soon as possible on Monday morning. – If not, the 2:40 pm appointment would also be cancelled per Apollo’s policy because the doctor needs updated information prior to the appointment. And this would be the 2nd cancellation because earlier in the month I had been informed that my January 8th doctor’s appointment was cancelled and would have to be rebooked... To my great surprise someone did still call at 3:58 pm, simply asking me whether I had time to update my information. When I stated that I had been waiting since before 1:50 pm to do so, she rather reluctantly did apologise. – I also noticed that the organization only responds to certain 5-star reviews. – In short, my experience with Apollo so far has, at best, been very frustrating. The organization could improve in all the problem areas mentioned.

The staff at the general line have so much attitude, I asked for some fundamental info and was treated with hostility. I don't get why they recruit the angry types of people involved with their operation. Just horrible.

Been with them for several years. Never had an issue. Everyone has always been very helpful. I don’t love that they recommend tweed products first however. Other than that, very helpful and easy. Would recommend to anyone that needs some help.
