I have worked with Apollo since 2023. John and his team were so supportive throughout the entire set up process and since then Karen and her colleagues have been amazing. Given they operate in the finance sector there is an incredibly human feel to Apollo and often they feel more like work colleagues rather than a banking facility. I would not choose any other invoice finance company other than Apollo. Highly recommended.

They are horrendous!!

We are a family business 2 parents working our asses of to be charged a 36k termination fee and i mean we work our asses of they nearly put us under.

btw this company can terminate your contract at any time you and you can not do a thing!!!!

They also do not tell you all the small print its highly misleading and i wouldnt be suprised if they have a law suit against them for mis selling there product!!1

Shower of shit, can’t be trusted

From the moment I made contact with Apollo I felt that I was in good hands. Kimmo Blackburn went far and beyond any pre conceived expectations we had and was incredibly helpful with our complicated situation. I have absolutely no doubt in recommending their professionalism and integrity in a world where we all far too often trip up so if you do need to speak to professionals then this is the company to call 👍👏👏👏

Used these for invoice financing, always found them slow to chase the companies.

When a company went bust owing our company a lot of money, they asked us to pay a silly amount.

Even though we was offering a sum to clear this off monthly, albeit over a longer period of time whilst adding on charges that nearly doubled the debt they refused our amount.

Used Bibby prior they was excellent. Professional and by far superior.

Apollo are a very professional company to work with. Their team have great communication with fast responses! I would definitely recommend.

Do yourselves a Favour and walk on by and choose someone else, anyone else but this Company.

Had a Factoring account with No issues, All Invoices Submitted were paid and honoured within the required timescales. I even chased the last two invoices down to make sure this shower of rebribates were not financially out of pocket.

Due to entering a personal IVA (Which Apollo were advised about). I had no option but to cease trading. I left just under 7K in my Account just to make sure Apollo were not financially hit with any Non Payment of invoices. Once the invoices had cleared I sent an email to apollo to say I needed to close the account as I had ceased trading and they added 4.5k + VAT in charges and sent me a payment of just £1,117.52.

May not be illegal but it is immoral.
Do yourselves a favour and walk on by and choose someone else for your factoring service!

Having then gone to the Financial Ombudsmen it turns out they also are unable to help and I quote:

I’ve looked to review our jurisdictional remit and the provision of invoice factoring isn’t an activity covered by our service – which explains why Apollo Business Finance doesn’t fall within the remit of our service.

In short they are an Unregistered, Unregulated Business who can and do just what they want!

I was lucky enough to use Apollo who helped me get Invoice Financing in less than a week. They helped me to speak with my client and be really clear on what happens and when and when payments are made etc. So helpful and personal - I could not recommend them more!

The team at Apollo have been incredible and helpful since we came onboard. Very smooth on-boarding and account management by Lynne and the team as a whole has allowed us to worry less about our payroll every week.

The updated E3 system is also very easy to use and navigate and kudos to the developers as it allows my team to understand movement easily and in a timely fashion.

John Day at Apollo was very helpful with this particular client, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Never deal with this company I did and realised they do not care about customer service. Days before you get a reply. They are a very unpleasant unprofessional company to deal with. They are the go to people when it's the last resort. So that should say it all will promise one thing and do another. Please please stay away the will ruin your business.

Had an account with them to factor my invoices, I made it clear in the initial phone conversations, that they would be sporadic, rather than monthly.

There had a been a late payment on the second invoice, due to my client's income being affected through an issue no fault of their own. I repaid Apollo from my company account to settle the situation.

They were incredibly rude to my client, and threatened his company.

The moment I paid them, rather than returning the outstanding amount from my account; approx £10k, they cancelled my account, cynically - they could have had this conversation with me before I paid the full invoice, due to not supplying them with enough invoices.

No warning, straight up cancelled, and kept hold of £7.4k + VAT.

On top of which, the manner in which they handled it was abrasive and rude.

I wish I'd never entered into an agreement with them.
