Applied for an apostille on my background check. They handled it within 24 hours as promised. The service is efficient and saved me a lot of time visiting various government offices.

Shame that I can't put zero. I feel like I fell victim to a site and reviews that seemed legit, but finally seem quite fake, or paid for (I received two mails at the end of my exchanges with them offering 50 euros cashback for a positive review).

I needed a translation and an apostille for the french prefecture, so I originally paid for the apostille and the translation 2x 195 euros, than they told me by mail that for my application of nationality, I'd also need a certification so again 195 euros.

Except that now, when I look at the French site of requirements, I never needed an apostille (they had a list that was updated between my initial order and now). So I'm out 585 euros for nothing (the translation was unclear and the quality inadequate for actual use for administrative matters). My entire end of year bonus down the drain for a dishonest and mediocre service.

It's true that I either misunderstood what I needed, or that a change happened between my original order and now. But I still am walking away with a sense of being taken for a sucker, as I told them three times what I needed it for and instead of explaining things, they just upsold the order and forced me to confirm at every step over a period of weeks, so that at the end when I saw the apostille and didn't like the quality and asked to stop there, they sent along screenshots of the mails of me saying yes. Cold, dry, and uncaring for the quality. It's quite bad and super expensive.

Update: after being informed I would be filing a chargeback, they have now told me they will be selling my banking information and biometric info because they “don’t have to follow their privacy policy if I don’t follow their refund policy”. This won’t matter in my case as I’m closing the associated account for my international move, but just so you know this company is making threats to use peoples info in this way. I will be alerting the proper authorities.

Submitted a document for translation and apostille. There was no mention of page limitations and the site specifically advertised a 100% money back guarantee if it could not be completed. Unfortunately I was notified that I would not be “able” to receive a refund once I was informed the price for my document would be $1500, several times more than the $295 I was originally quoted and paid. I would highly recommend that anybody else expecting a similar bait & switch tactic initiate chargebacks on their cards as well.
