Excellent product, poor delivery
First thing to say is that your product is excellent.
Our gripe was that the package took ages to arrive, because insufficient postage had been paid for it. (Royal Mail said it had been sent as a large letter, rather than a parcel).
We eventually received a note from Royal Mail telling us that the package could be picked up from the local sorting office and that a surcharge of £3.50 would be payable.
We collected the package this morning (6 Dec) and paid the surcharge.
This needs to be sorted out.

I was very disappointed to read your two star review on the basis of shipping, as we are a very small business and such reviews really impact us.
From your comments, I can see that a staff error was made, as your parcel should have been sent second class royal mail. Its clear that the staff member who processed this order made a mistake and selected large letter, which is the next box along from small parcel on the royal mail website. Clearly a staff error and actually, the first time I have seen this happen in the many thousands of parcels we send out.
Please accept our sincere apologies. Staff were maxed out processing the Black Friday orders and are only human, so mistakes will occur from time to time. I have emailed you this morning so will await your response via email.

Smell amazing
I have been using Apothespa products for over ten years. I love how safe they are for your skin without harmful ingredients. It’s great they are made in small batches and lots of love and care goes in to making them. They all smell amazing and I will be a customer for life. My favourite product is the Frangipani body cream.

Eye cream and night cream
I purchased eye cream which is smooth and sinks in well. Also the night cream which feels substantial and again sinks in well. Both smell 😍 lovely. Delivered in a box containing flower petals....brought a smile to my face. Thank you.

Dear Grace thank you for taking the time to post a one star review on slow delivery. Your order was placed on 28th October and was shipped on 30th October Royal Mail second class, which is 3 - 5 days delivery. It does seem that Royal Mail are a bit slow to deliver this week, but this is unfortunately outside of our control. We can ship first class for £1.50 if you are in a hurry. Mostly our orders are delivered by Royal Mail very quickly, but it is something we cannot control unfortunately. I hope you enjoy your products when they do arrive which i trust will be imminently. kind regards Lisa
