What's disheartening is the prime opinion used to be about the best survey site now they are about the worst 5 days in a row completed I couldn't get credit for a 2 minute 9 cent survey that took me 15 minutes to do they will pay nothing if they can help it you will complete a 30 minutes or ready to be taken to a black screen that you have to zero out of to get to your you know beginning screen and therefore there's no record of it they got you coming and going

Ich habe seit Monaten regelmäßig Umfragen auf dieser Plattform ausgefüllt und sogar viele neue Nutzer geworben. Am 5. Februar 2025 habe ich meine letzte Umfrage erfolgreich abgeschlossen und hatte noch 1.724 Punkte (ca. 16,90 €) auf meinem Konto.
Plötzlich wurde mein Account gesperrt mit der Begründung:
"Aufgrund wiederholter Beschwerden über die Qualität deiner Antworten kannst du an keinen weiteren Umfragen mehr teilnehmen – für immer."
Das ist völlig ungerechtfertigt, da ich immer ehrlich geantwortet habe. Jetzt kann ich weder an Umfragen teilnehmen noch mein verdientes Guthaben auszahlen!
Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass ich viele Leute geworben habe, die weiterhin teilnehmen können – aber ich werde einfach gesperrt und komme nicht an mein Geld.

Keine Möglichkeit zur Klärung oder Einspruch

Mittlerweile nur Umfragen von den eh schon bekannten Firmen die nie Punkte auszahlen wie Cint, Simplidings und andere.
Daher sinnfrei geworden dort noch zu versuchen auf die Punkte zu kommen um einen Gutschein zu erhalten.
Ich habe es nun im letzten Jahr und neu in diesem auch noch einmal versucht aber es hat sich nichts verbessert.
Sondern eher im Gegenteil daher es reicht mit der Zeitvergeudung, da es selbst wenn ich eine Umfrage anfange zu bearbeiten ich am Ende doch keine Punkte erhalte...!
