Worst play to earn experience of my…

Worst play to earn experience of my life. I was missing a reward and messaged them to get it back, but I had to complete an offer milestone just to make a support ticket which defeated the purpose of having a reward that hasn't showed up. I had to play another offer and complete it just to make a support ticket, and then the most they can give back per ticket is 1$ worth. Like why???

Made enough for a $15 Google play card…

Made enough for a $15 Google play card and they sent it to the in app wallet. App crashes when trying to clock on it and without fail. Was finally able to claim the card two weeks later by logging into the web version on a browser. Google says the card has already been used or is invalid. They literally gave me an old used card. If they were going to do that then why even make it hard to claim in the first place? So that people will think it's their own fault the app doesn't work? Worst GPT app I've ever used and I'm a veteran at this point. Contacting the consumer finance department. Let the government handle it at this point. Gross.

Waste of your time

This app is not tracking your progress with completing the offers. It happend to me with multiple offers. After initial few points for first milestones It stops tracking when you get to the bigger pool of points. Don't waste your time with this app.

This app can only improve by shutting itself down completely...they do not credit most of the time consuming offers and stop responding at all after a few issues they do resolve at 1st. I told them last contact today I'm deleting app and reporting them for unfair gameplay and missing rewards. It was over 10000 points...that's like almost $10...not fair. Why? I even asked them that. As usual no response. Also after 1st complaint Support option mysteriously shut down now I have to email them. They are a scam they just take a bit to show their true colors..also I've gotten alot of buggy app and scam chrome ads after download their apps and offers and NEVER spend money on iap they will not credit you and it will make it even worse when they don't reward you AND have your cc info. SCAM!!!!!!!

Much better than their competition.

I started using AppKarma at the end of 2022. I had a pretty decent time doing offers and most worked out pretty well. Some didn’t track my progress, but I learned too late that if you email them they will credit you for the entire offer (if it’s one goal and you show screenshots with proof in your email) or the first two levels of a multi-goal offer. They’ll then ask that you not work on the offer anymore since it’s no longer tracking. That’s a lot better than what I’ve read about other sites and offer walls who will just say tough luck or that they couldn’t sufficiently verify it on their end. Also, their customer service is fantastic. When I got very busy this past year and didn’t complete any offers for a year their system automatically deactivated my account (as it does for all accounts). I reached out on January 20th and they reactivated my account the very next day. They also answered every question I had about how their automated account deactivation process worked over several emails. I’ve had no shortage of terrible customer service experiences with large retailers, airlines, insurance companies, etc. so to get a responsive and courteous customer support is reason enough to use these guys. Now moving into their competition…

From what I understand (based on looking at subreddits and online/YouTube reviews), most of their competitors dig WAY too much into their user’s personal information for my comfort. Freecash asks for your government ID, or they ask you to use some AI 3rd party to take photos of your face and then records your voice (sounds suspicious to me). InboxDollars, GrabPoints, and SwagBucks ask for your home address or government ID. FeaturePoints keeps your points and withdrawals for up to 90 days, and the list goes on. Plus AppKarma sends you your gift card in 24 hours like they say they do. So I have no reason to doubt them based on my experience and every reason to be dubious of their competitors who pry too deeply for my liking and should not be more popular than AppKarma.
