I foolishly didn't read reviews in my hurry to get a reservation. Site is a rip-off. I paid $100 for two messages "I am working on it." They lie about ease of refund. Do not use.

Beware of this scam! Not only is this the most difficult to use app I have ever seen, they will not allow you to cash out money you have earned. I currently have over $1000 that I earned that I cannot cash out. And there is no indication of when or if I will be able to. Members like me are already talking about a lawsuit to recover funds. Avoid this at all costs.

From a seller standpoint this platform is straight up grabage, they lock your funds if you have over 20% cancelled sales from your total ones. Mind you lots of time these cancellation are from the restaurant itself so you cant really do anything about it. They take fees from your payout when selling, totally understantable on that but they require you to pay more fees when sending payouts to yourself(bank account etc), also a scammy thing that they do is if you have a high refund rating they strict you on the amount of payout (i.e. if you have 200$ in funds, they allow you to send up to 50$, so they will charge you 4 times in fees) you can send to your bank account thus making more money off of you through the fees. Another negative is that customer support is non existent they dont even answer to querys with a automatic repsonse. If you have a refund rate over 90% they will ban you, mind you if you have a refund rate over 20% you will not be able to access your funds. UI is also outdated and hard to get around, but this comes last on the list of problems. I wouldnt recommend this platform at all, you should try to a join a competitors platform instead.

You can book a table for "fair price" 112 euro where there is plenty of availability at the restaurant. This is what you can call a scam. Does NOT seem like giving places from others, they are just doing arbitrage hoping someone will actually not check.

Set up an account, bought 1 reservation, and had a bid on 1. The only way to log in to your account is by email, because there is no password set up. The first day the login code was sent immediately. The nect day I tried at least 15 times to claim my reservation but the login code was never sent to my email account. (and yes, I checked spam!) I also tried using another email to set up a new account, but that did not work either. There is no customer support to report any problem logging in! You have to be logged in to access it, also very difficult to find the log out button once you are logged in. I did email their partnership email only to get an automated response, and another one telling me to log in to my account for customer support!!!

The sketchiest re-sell platform out there. You can buy a reservation with a credit card but if you want a refund they charge you a refund fee. Separately if you sell a reservation you cannot simply get paid out via Pay Pal or to your credit card on file they instead require you to provide your SSN, Tax ID and submit your Drivers License. They claim this is for filing 1099s for tax purposes - that may be true but no other resell platform asks for this. When I asked for legal documentation they ignored the request and simply said it will be treated confidentially. With other businesses in this market space you typically would just attach a bank account that is verified through a trusted conventional verification method. I would stay away until the company matures and applies standard business best practices.

This is a scam!!! Stay away!!! They issue without your consent a credit card in your name with a Las Vegas address which belongs to Aria Casino!!!
Every transaction you place on the app, like a bid, or money you receive for a reservation you sell automatically gets credited to this imaginary card that they issue without your proper identification or consent!!!
Now does that sound legit to you???
