First we had unexpected issues with our technology but this was sorted out calmly and with great patience. When we discussed possibilities for updating our wills the legal situation was explained very clearly and the process outlined in detail. The handler had not been updated with history relating to initial telephone calls which did not assist the session initially.

The handler assigned was very helpful and professional but the process drives the client forward too quickly. This leaves the client feeling a little vulnerable as they have nothing other than the telephone video to rely. I can only await the T&C’s and hope the content aids understanding.
