So far so good, my younger brother is having more contact with them as I'm disabled with Arthritis and can not get about as much, so my brother has taken the lead and is more involved with April King than myself and they have been going through him rather than myself at the moment.

April King Drafting our Wills
This is the 3rd time we have arranged to redraft our wills over the last 25 years. Paul King of April King was excellent. My wife and I first met him on Zoom (no charge or obligation) to explore re-writing our wills to cover inheritance tax and blood line. He appeared very knowledgeable and certainly made us feel at ease. We felt we personally knew him!
Following receipt of the draft wills by post which we felt was comprehensive, we held a 2nd Zoom meeting with Paul, and he went through it clause by clause - very thorough!
We would certainly highly recommend him to others.

In the most part I was satisfied with…
I was happy with the service provided by Catriona on the two meetings that we had with her. However, incorrect names were used in the wills and severance documents, but these were promptly corrected when it was pointed out.
Overall a professional service I am happy with.

We visited to update our wills
We visited to update our wills in a face to face consultation with Catriona .
She impressed us as a confident and competent professional .
Catriona expressed herself with clarity of communication and, more importantly, in plain English.
She is very knowledgeable and informative and so we feel much relieved now we have consulted with her .
We believe her to be an excellent ambassador for the firm and we have no problem with highly recommending April King and will continue to use the firm as and whenever necessary.
It was a great pity that had to go to Nottingham to do it as their Leicester office is now closed.
