Scam company. Weeks after ordering a tshirt from Proud Tee, I actually got a message today that it had finally shipped, and they included a link to "track the shipment." Of course the link was bogus, sending me instead to a message warning that the website was"suspect." Just steer clear of this scam operation.

If I could write this without a star I would. Product is CRAP and illegal to sell in the US! No production tags listing country of origin or fiber content. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of buying. I just asked for a refund, but after reading all these reviews, I will be taking this to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission. Something has to be done to criminals who steal peoples hard earned money while waving an American flag on their website.

I ordered an "In My Auntie Era" sweatshirt for myself. The website said to size up for an oversized fit, so I did... and it still fits a bit slim from what I was expecting, but I like how it fits. I ordered another one for a gift (knowing it would fit my cousin perfectly as she's shorter than I am) and it's completely different style sweatshirt even though I clicked the same link from the previous order. This one is very oversized. I tried to email customer service and explain this situation and to ultimately exchange sizes - their only answer was to return the item on my dime to CHINA and reorder. They said I should have looked at the sizing chart. Why would I look at the sizing chart AGAIN for the exact same item I previously bought? The website still says to size up for an oversized fit... when the large I just bought is the same size as the XXL I purchased previously (in fact it's slightly bigger as it's longer). I'm so frustrated that they would not exchange the size and cover the shipping of the second item and returned item. Their note to size up is TOTALLY MISLEADING! I will never shop with them ever again.

Please do not order. You will receive emails saying delivery address is incorrect even though it’s correct on the order confirmation and there will be no customer support. It’s a scam

The item was extremely large. I requested a return. We had several emails in which they told me it would be better if I gave it to a friend or family member rather than return it. I kept requesting a return and refund and they finally said I would have to pay to return it to China!!!! So they are lying when they say they allow returns! Also there are no fabric identifying labels on the sweatshirt. I am not sure if this is legal. The website says 100% cotton but it is not cotton! Total scam!!! Do not buy!!!!!

This is a scam company out of China. The item that arrives doesn't look like what is in the picture and isn't made from the correct fabric. They also operate as UsersClothing with a fake phone number and address in CO. Do not be deceived. This is not an American company in CO. This is a Chinese company selling garbage.

I purchased 2 "hoodies". They are not hoodie material or quality. They're more like long sleeve tees with hoods attached. The material is thin, not soft, nor does it have any give to it. Definitely does not look like the picture! Also, the sizes were not accurate. I asked for a refund the same day. They put it all on me suggesting there was nothing wrong with the product, claimed no ownership or fault, keeps telling me it will be too expensive to return, "how about I give them away as gifts if I don't like them". Multiple emails back and forth. 3 days later and they still are offering no resolution. They just keep telling me I'm in the wrong. Worst place I ever bought from online hands down! I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Terrible company. Do not purchase from them! Firstly, they use stolen art and designs - I wish I had investigated this more carefully before purchasing from an Instagram marketing campaign in my reels. The hoodie I ordered was $38 USD plus $9USD shipping and the quality of the item was awful. Thin scratchy cotton, loose threads, colour was different than what was pictured. They will not send me a return shipping label and are insisting I just "keep the item". It's the most frustrating and terrible customer service experience I've ever had.

Absolute garbage. Pictures indicate that hoodies are thick cotton. What arrived (3 weeks after ordering) was the poorest of quality. Very misleading and disappointing. Do not deal with this company. A complete scam. Shameful.

I love the print and the shirt is comfortable - though shipping did take a little longer than I'd hoped.

The shirt arrived quickly and looks great. The stitching on one sleeve was a tiny bit off, but it's not noticeable and doesn't affect the comfort.

I was impressed by the customer service - there was a shipping delay and they emailed me to give me a heads-up before I even had to ask.

I ordered a small sweatshirt, which is really a large - it's huge! The material and color was different than what was pictured in the online image. When I contacted them to return it, they said: We support returns. You will need to ship the product back to our China warehouse. You will be responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, and tariffs on each item. Returns are costly and uneconomical. We recommend that you keep the product.

The design is so unique and the shirt is comfortable for all-day wear. My only wish is that they offered more color options!

The material was terrible very rough no fleece on the hoodie basically a heavy shirt and fit was very boxy with bat wings to the arms.
When I requested a return, they kept replying to my emails saying “ Shipping is too expensive. You’re better off keeping it.”
And will not provide a return address or approve a return.
Horrible company to work with never buy from this company.
Total junk and terrible customer service

This is a high-quality shirt and it fits true to size. It's a bit more than I usually spend, but you can tell it's worth it.

I like the design and the quality of the shirt a lot. It fits well, I just wish the fabric was a little bit softer.

The shirt is soft and fits well, but the color is slightly different from how it looked in the online photos. It's still nice, just not an exact match.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and their team was super helpful with the exchange. The new one came fast and fits perfectly - great service.

The material feels nice and the design is cute, but it ran a bit bigger than I expected so I had to exchange it for a smaller size.
