Decent product but terrible customer service, waiting over a month now for a reply on how to cancel my account and they have not responded, after 2 emails. I would recommend another company with better customer service

Actually, I really like their customer service and they are very fast responding to any complaints. Also, the price of the tests aren't expensive compared to a lot of other sites. It's worth to give it a shot, especially if you are on a budget

Filled with spelling errors and badly worded questions. I feel I've wasted time and money. Disappointed.

I purchased SJT, as I need for my application, till I Find this website. First they provide free SJT test and after the results will show you either you fail or pass, also feedback in order to develop our strengths. Unfortunately, after I Purchased this, and I was excited to practice, and the results won’t give you any feedback at all. For me this is such waste of money.

Not working properly and containing errors.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the tests available. The logical reasoning questions have lots of repeat questions and no explanations which means that if you get an answer wrong, it is hard to know how to improve.

Basically this website is ok and after practicing there I got the job. There are a few drawbacks like many repeating questions and mistakes, but what surprised me a lot is that after ourchasing at ths website I found another aptitude-tests-practice.com with lots of free tests and full access for just 2! eur. I could not get a refund from Aptitude Test.co.uk :(

I ordered the logical and numerical reasoning. They are fairly okay for the price, however I would say over half of the questions for the logical tests were repeated within the 8 tests you are given which made me frustrated because it wasn't a fair assessment. The numerical tests do have a range of questions over the 20 given, however there are a lot of mistakes, such as not enough information, incorrect graphs, sometimes explanations aren't given etc. Timing I feel is quite unusual as it varies drastically for each test, such as 39 questions in 20 minutes which I feel is not a correct representation of time that should be given whereas some have 23 questions in 20 minutes. It all just feels a bit lazily put together.

I'm not confident of using aptitude-tests.co.uk's products to prepare for my upcoming job aptitude/psychometric tests.

Compared to the other test prep websites like Jobtestprep and Assessmentday, this company is the worst.

Their aptitude test questions are filled with:

1. Spelling errors

2. Jumbled-up sentences

3. Incomplete sentences

4. Repeat questions

Definitely the worst test prep product I've tried.

Very nice interface and very good tests and guidance, and good value.

Just one thing, don't waste your time doing the numerical tests as I did one and it was fundamentally flawed in that they do not provide enough information in the questions to answer so it is a total waste of time doing them, needless to say I wasn't keen on wasting another 20 minutes to try another.

To be fair, when I complained they upgraded my membership to full access so at least they compensated me, you would have thought they would have at least asked me more info about the tests and made some attempt to correct the issue, seems very strange that they would go to all the effort of putting together such as useful resource but not be bothered to correct any errors!
