The technicians are always so nice and…
The technicians are always so nice and they have given me good advice. I had a bad slug problem in one of my garden beds and he put baits down just once and I've never seen another slug...my impatiens thank them! Also, I NEVER see a bug inside which is always a load off my mind having had roach problems in other places we've lived. I highly recommend this company

The service techs were great
The service techs were great and offered excellent customer service there were times where I felt like the product didn’t work and they returned to the home a day or two later and performed another service to my satisfaction so there’s no complaints there the reason I rated it a 4 out of 5 stars isn’t because of the service techs it’s because of the customer service representative made it difficult for me to cancel my service and insisted I keep my service after telling her I was moving and the place I’m moving to already has pest control included

They were able to get rid of the ants populating our kitchen counter. It has been over a month since we've seen any ants inside our home.

Brought me peace of mind
The tech went up the attic stairs and sprayed for roaches and placed traps I bought at the top of the stairs for me. It brought a huge piece of mind for me. He was very pleasant and professional.

Not as thorough as they should be. If we are not here, they spend no more than 10 minutes and they are gone. Neighbors have cameras and they tell me.
