Great product BUT they repeatedly ignore the request to schedule in advance, specifically they just show up and begin the treatment whether it is appropriate for us or not.

My guys are always courteous and do specific details for me where we have issues. No complaints from them. I’ve have really good service. I have had Aptive for many years and I could swear on my service agreement that I was guaranteed locked in at that rate and had a pretty hefty rate increase this year.
