This technician was GREAT !
This was my 3rd or 4th visit from Aptive and I think was the best. The technician Robert, I think his name was, went above and beyond what a service person should do. The first few people were done in 5 minutes, mainly went around the house and property with a long brush knocking down spider webs and were back in their truck in 5 minutes. How can you do a good and complete job in that short of time?
Robert, on the other hand, spent about 45 minutes applying 3 or 4 different kinds of product, spraying, brushing the walls, inspecting the foundation and the flower beds arounds the house along with the shrubbery planted around the house. He had this bright light he was using to inspect all around the foundation of the house and also all along the property lines of the lot. We had a bee trap that he also replaced. Robert did a great job and I hope we get him again to service our property.

I had an emergency...as yellow jackets were swarming a fresh nest right outside our back door. Was able to change my regularly scheduled appointment and get someone out within a couple of days before guests arrived.

My technician was friendly and courteous. He took the time to ask if certain plants were food and if there were others before spraying. Always on time and asks about any special needs.

Problem solving!
I had a non-standard visit because of a problem. The technician was prompt, courteous, and listened to my problem! His treatment was very thorough, and my problem WAS RESOLVED BY THE NEXT DAY!
