Little help available to fight clothes moths

In spite of knowing that we requested help to address acloths moth problem the service representative did not have any moth specific sprays or traps to help erradicate the problem. Their advice on what we could do was nice but not the type of help we expected as part of fees we pay to Aptive.

Company came back out a few days later to address mice in our basement. Don't believe we were charged for this 2nd visit.

Your tech team was great and worked under very windy conditions but took good pictures of the treatment areas and did so very efficiently. Good Jobs to the both of them.

Amazing techicians

We’ve had Don as our technician a couple of times and we love his attention to detail! He is so nice and courteous and goes above and beyond to try and remember what treatments we’ve had before and to do them again if needed.

I like the results of your service but…

I like the results of your service but I signed up for a quarterly service. However, I get automatically schedule every other month which is more than quarterly and have to manually cancel/change the appointment every time. I would like my appointments automatically scheduled for what I signed up for and if I need additional appointments, I will ask.

Don does an excellent job. I have not had a pest problem. His customer service is superior to other technicians from other companies.

Aptive was able to reschedule when I needed to. The man who performed the treatment was pleasant, efficient, and very thorough. I received my receipt for autopay immediately after the treatment.

Unable to provide service since Tech was going to arrive after scheduled time slot and I was unable to remain home due to prior appointments. Still waiting for a reschedule. No one has called back.
