Did the service perfectly
Did the service perfectly, but arrived way too early. I requested a late morning or afternoon service call and the tech showed up at just after 7am.

Always come on time when scheduled. Have not seen any moles, voles or mice. Cobwebs outside are gone

I had a disappinting experience with…
I had a disappinting experience with one the techs who serviced my property. He did not tell me what he was going apply nor did he ask what kind of insect problems I was having. And then he just left. I contacted Aptive management to complain. They took care of the issue and sent another tech to redo the treatment. I was very happy with their quick response.

We are new customers with Aptive; their service pro, Ronald Riccoboni thoroughly went over all of the areas with me (both outside and inside) that could be potential weak areas for pest exposure and explained the different sprays that would be used at the consultation as well as the first visit. Ronald is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and I would highly recommend him and Aptive.

Professional!
The exterminators are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and if I didn't know they were coming I would never know they were here! They text when they are about 30 min out & If I do not need any intervention in my home, they come, spray everything, text when they are done, with photos included. I have not seen a single bug in my house in over a year.

Dissatisfied & Dissappointed
The Technician is a super guy; but you folks don’t have products needed to complete the tasks. Very frustrating & annoying to have to call back & you don’t have products needed to get rid of the voles when I was told on the phone you did have the products to control the pests!!

I called to reschedule the Aptive…
I called to reschedule the Aptive treatment as my last treatment was less than 3 months ago. The representative Juan was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. He responded rescheduled the appointment and set future appointments 3 months apart. He gave a 5 star service.
