I have called and emailed to ask for the $150 gift card that was promised to be sent after my enrollment and 90 days after I signed on. After being told by several reps that they would look into it I waited and waited . I called back and emailed and nothing. This is fraud. Your promotions seem to me a lie. I will call back again tomorrow. Probably to be promised it will be looked into again, I’m sure.

Workers are always very polite when they come to the house. They let you know in advance when they're on their way and may always address the particular issues that we are having in addition to their normal treatment. I have found them easy to work with, and they have been very effective.

Pleased but not happy
Aptiva techs give a heads up before they arrive. Great! I am at work when they show up so no interior work. Sad. I would like regular drop off of inserts for the indoor bug lights. Not Happening.

I cancelled my appointment but the technician came anyway. My neighbor let her in the back. I'm sure the technician did everything and sent a lot of pictures. However, I asked if she found any mosquitoes and she did not respond.
