Reliable, professional service. We live near water so the use of environmentally friendly chemicals is very important to us. We also appreciate that they clear off cobwebs on the outside of the house.

Great service. Very polite. Had issues with finding the right house. Concerned that if I had not directed him he said the protocol was that they could be up treating the wrong house.

Not totally pleased but I think we are on the right track
The first treatment worked very good I was very pleased but the second did work as well because a couple of days later we had stink bus in the house. I called them and they sent out another person to treat the house,that seems to have solved the problem. Over all I think it's a good service.

We have wanted to cancel
We have wanted to cancel, but can't yet. It's breaking our budget and seems to not be doing anything. We wanted it for mosquito control and we still can't be outside because of mosquitoes.

Late Service Leads to Infestation
I was told by the technician that with my pro membership I would receive follow up service from my March appoint within 20-40 days. By the time I heard by from Aptive and received confirmation of my next appointment, the visits were 69 days apart. This was despite my report that there was ant infestation inside the house. I understand now that my service is every 40-60 days. It is highly unsatisfying that this service is being provided so late during a very active time for pests, so much so that the previous visit did not dissuade the ant infestation, among other things. Also, the technician denied my request to up the replacement of the bait from 2 to 3 mini blocks.
