The actual service vs. Customer's wishes
The actual service, and the application professionals, we're great! No pest problems have been noticed to date.
However, I am less pleased with the actions of the management team. Do to financial pressures, I had called to cancel my service, but was told if I did, I would be charged ~$160 because the contract period had not expired. Then, to convince me to continue the treatments, I was offered a discount. Only problem was, the original payment amount was automatically charged even though that treatment (set for March) was postponed until April, and then the April visit was also charged, albeit at the reduced rate. So now I am even more motivated to cancel!

Not happy
Had to have them come 3 times because of ant problems.
Been doing this since June of 2025.
Should not have ant anymore.
Still have a few on Sunday May 3,2026.

Technician noticed an influx of ants in a spot they would normally not treat. He treated it for me and I was very appreciative. He explained everything they were going to treat that day and asked if I had any questions or special areas of concern. He was polite, thorough and left pictures on my phone. Great Job!

Trusted service! ( all around good plant based service!)
Aptive has helped us rid our property of pesky MICE, damaging Japanese Beetles, tiny spiders in our rec room in our lower level, and they do preventative service each ti.e they come! It's been GREAT!

On time, clear idea of what he would be doing,
very willing to do cover the area I requested special attention, use of safe chemicals that do not harm other animals like owls or hawks,

I like the fact that he takes pictures
I like the fact that he takes pictures of the work he’s doing around my house and also that he sends a text to let me know when he’s on his way, when he pulls up, and when he’s done. I’ve also notice almost zero bugs in my house ever since they started treating my property.
