Worst customer service …

I have requested numerous times in the past that my property not be treated without my permission. It is quite annoying how these stupid people show up at my house unannounced and without my permission. I will not pay for any service that I did not authorize. Your phone calls ate supposedly recorded, go check your records.

Pedro was quick and efficient

Pedro was quick and efficient. He explained what he would be doing today. He told me they were out of mosquito traps but would be provided on the next visit. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

Each tech is super professional! This month Juan treated our property and was on time, efficient, and friendly. He sent photos of all the work and let us know what was done. I recommend this service.

I have a problem with see above

I have a problem with your scheduling process. You do not A: give us enough lead time for the next appointment and B: it is far too difficult to change an appointment to a time and date that works for your customers. To make a change an appointment I need to call in and talk to someone. Your web process doesn't allow enough selection past a week out. YOU NEED TO CHANGE THIS. Other companies do not make it this difficult to change an appointment. !!!!

Although I am the person of record, I was not at home at the time of service. Service personnel have always give very good service, inquiring if there were any special needs etc. I am sure this time followed suit.
I appreciate a job well done!!
