The service man actually did a good job, but operational side of the business is not up to par. Every time after treatment I have to call multiple times to get an invoice.

They come when expected. I like that I get a text about 30 minutes before they arrive. They do a thorough job and I can call any time I have concerns and they will come back to address the problem.

I appreciate being able to adjust my quarterly service over text. They send me a reminder the week before the appointment and if I need to adjust the day or time it is very simple to do that.

Not worth the cost

Communication in this company is horrible! I receive text messages from they that are totally false information (they scheduled an appointment for me on a specific date, which they did not do). They have an email on their site for contacting them, but they don't use it and htey don't offer good communication suggestions on their site at all. I prefer email or text so that I have a record of my correspondence with them. Because with them it is absolutely necessary. This last appointment wasn't the best. The technician did not even do along the rocky ledges that I have asked to have done in the past. Also, he didn't put down much spray at all and I wonder why. It seems whenever I question them about servcies, they have an answer that I have not heard before - oh we don't normally go into closets (but I want to you). Oh we don't spray in rooms where there is food. Really? When did you stop doing that? Our contract will be up this spring and we will not be renewing.

The technician was great

The technician was great. My issue is that every few years they take it upon themselves to sign me up to auto pay with out my approval. This happened about 4 years ago and then it just happened again. I would think that something is wrong with charging someone’s credit card without permission.

Aptive Pest Control has served us for over a year now. They have taken care of all our pests.
