So far, so good!
I've been with Aptive about 6 months and am pleased with their services and products. I previously worked with another contract company that would come bimonthly, but felt that the quality of the service (e.g. spider web removal.. the little things) was dropping off and prices were rising. I appreciate their conservative use of the harshest chemicals and I've found the service people professional (they text before they arrive) and friendly.

Professional service with great communication
Our Aptive technician was very professional and kept in constant communication, even though we weren’t home when he came to service our house and yard. He sent picture updates as he was taking care of our home. Aptive is very reliable and take care of any pests we may have, including voles.

My latest tech, Gergo, did a great job tackling a few issues at my home including removing a wisp nest under our deck. I also appreciate the pictures they take of the house as they treat specific area. 10 Stars for Gergo!

I don’t trust any of the agents unless…
I don’t trust any of the agents unless I am on site there is no way they can do a good job in less than 15 minutes on prem. Just not possible! Strongly considering leaving. The costs are just difficult to tolerate for the level of services provided.

We have a hornet nest and red ants around our house. A week after your visit. I specifically said to go over the play area and that’s exactly where the infestation is located

I really appreciate the reminder texts and the messages from the technician giving a heads up and timing. Being available via text for requests is perfect for days I’m not available to be at the door (either at the office or on a conference call).

Review after 1 year service
When we first started Aptive, we were very satisfied. The guys were attentive and prompt and professional. The last 2 visits from them has left me questioning to continue after the contract is up. Time before last, we got notice they were coming on a specific day and guy didn't show. I had cancelled some things so I could be home to discuss a few things and get some supplies we were out of. Guy showed up next day. Did a good job but was out of supplies we needed. Said he would make note and see we got them. Last service, I was home and explained areas that needed attention and the supplies we had requested. He didn't have them either but did have a something similar we could cut to use for the plug in. This guy seemed really tired and seemed anxious to get job done. He was in and out expediently. I had addressed some specifics and he said he'd take care of it. Didn't do a very good job with spider web removal and the little ants were back around the hummingbird feeder the next day. I'll chalk it up with him having a bad day which we all encounter. It was hit and humid. Rain was coming and the end of the day. I just hope this doesn't continue negatively. Top notch in the beginning. 👍
