Our experience in the beginning was…

Our experience in the beginning was good but we are not happy with our current service. We are planning on ending our service with Aptive when our subscription expires in August.

Our technician is a 10/10, but you can only do so much with a lake a block away!

Our technician, Tucker, is a 10 out of 10, in his attention to detail and he strives to make us very satisfied, but he is limited in what he can do for our area in Stansbury Park, UT. We are located a block from the lake and the insects are TERRIBLE! Tucker has done all in his power to assist us, but there are simply forces of nature that are stronger than any spray...I do need to say that it does improve once we have a very HOT day...bugs will be better.

Thorough professional service

Timely, thorough service. The tech communicates well and arrives as stated. Willing to listen and address specific problems. Would give 5 stars for the service but it falls short on the callbacks that are included if needed. Since they started coming out of SLC to service our account those haven't been available.

The person that did my treatments…

The person that did my treatments deserves five stars.
I kept finding earwigs and sugar ants around the yard. Then they started billing for months no service Then claimed they couldn't find my contract when I called them on it.

Ants

The tech listened to me about the ants, we tried to guess the source of the ants. He sprayed around the kitchen sink area as that was the location of the ants. The tech sprayed outside in the same area of the kitchen sink. After a week plus there is still indications of ants that are dead, fewer than before.
