The communication is excellent. They text me before they arrive and ask for any specific trouble areas this time. They take care of the entire exterior, but always spend a little extra time to make sure the trouble areas are addressed.

I'm not sure of the effectiveness of the product. I've had other pest services in which I didn't see insects, cobwebs or other signs of infestation so closely after a service.

Total Failure on Service
On the website, I put in for Saturday, 7/12, 8 am to noon. At 12:30, I called the customer service number and spoke with Toolee (Sp). She said that the technician was running late and offered to change my appointment to Monday 7/14, 8 am to noon. Reluctantly, I agreed to the change. At 1:30, the technician, Dominic, said that he would be out in 20 minutes. I let him know that Toolee had changed the appointment. He said that he would still come that day. I tried to call Toolee to let her know what Dominic said. However, Dominic never showed up. I waited all day for the service. On Monday, 7/14, technician, Lorraine, arrived about 9:30. She said that she was only delivering indoor ant traps. I told her what had already happened on Saturday and that Aptive was supposed to spray around the outside of the house as well. She took out her equipment and completed the service. Then, on Tuesday, 7/15, two technicians arrived at 1:30 pm, did not knock on door, but proceeded to spray certain areas on the outside of the house. They did not get the east side of the house. I have video that shows they took a picture but then walked away without spraying.
This is not the first time that I have had problems with service and service dates. I am seriously looking into other pest control providers. I have not been happy with your service for at least a year. Your website does not allow me to always see more than a day in advance regarding YOU scheduling my service. Your phone customer service is very poor and, at times, no one answers or calls back.

The treatments WORK! The staff are always attentive and diligent in making sure any webs and such are cleared away from places I struggle to reach, and a wide range of spray area outside. We never worry about waking into webs out front or out back!

This company will NOT stop contacting…
This company will NOT stop contacting me. I've canceled the service, I've called twice to tell them to stop sending people to my house to solicit business, and I've lost patience with them. The service was never consistent. I never knew when they were coming. Their technicians sometimes did a thorough job, and sometimes didn't.

The Technicians have been communicative in our needs. They ask what our areas of concerns are and how they’ll service. Very Pleased with Service
I always receive a text when the technician is on the way. Receiving an email a day or two before his arrival allows me to cancel the appointment or stay home if I choose. I am able to point out the areas I particularly want dealt with (may vary with each visit) and all my questions are handled with patience and thoroughness.

Trust pilot is a scam
Trust pilot is not trust worthy since ALL reviews sources list Adaptive Pest control as a scam. You can NOT get ahold of anyone to actually speak to in San Diego. A sales rep broke into my yard and proceeded up my porch with my large dogs going crazy (he is lucky they were both inside) The hidden latch was closed and there is a sign on the large driveway gate. He wouldn't leave until my husband came to the door and we threatened to let the dogs out!! I asked the neighbors and almost ALL of them stated the same experience and him coming back after 8pm banging on their doors.
