Good work and efficient.

Tony addressed my concerns about a hornet nest. He made quick work of them. Then refilled the rodent traps etc. around the house.

The person who arrived did all he…

The person who arrived did all he could. However, I had asked to be rescheduled as I was in Arizona that week. But they did not listen and he came and could not do the entire yard. My back gate is locked unless I am expecting someone.
So he needs to come back and finish the yard!!!
PLEASE ADVISE

Aptive Technician Brian is a quality employee!

Brian is a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable technician. He did a very thorough job serving my home. I would like to have Brian service my home whenever it’s needed. Yellowjackets

Hi, last year we had a real problem with yellowjackets, and my husband was bitten. The past service visit, I asked for traps, and I was told that you would get them a day after my last service day. In the meantime, we see them already flying around us. Please, get us the traps for the yellowjackets before my husband has an issue with them again. Thank you

Excellent and Timely Service

Junior, service technician made the experience great! He listened carefully to understand my pest control issues and collaborated on a strategy to address them for this appointment. I liked the advance notification so I knew when he expected to arrive and Junior provided photos confirming areas addressed.

Communication was EXCELLENT!

Effective and thorough pest control

Aptive is thorough in their pest control services and not pushy about selling you additional services if you dont want them. They communicate when they are en-route to your property and provide a multitude of pictures of the treatments they administered as well as leaving written documentation of the services provided when they are complete. We have had Aptive treating our house for several years now and have noticed a significant reduction in ants and spiders which were previously a problem. We are pleased with the service they provide.

Aptive is very customer focused

Aptive is very customer focused. I've just started using them and I couldn't be happier. Their re-service policy is top notch. They have returned to my home within the same month, without additional charge and in a timely manner. They are also proactive, inquiring if things are going well and if not, they offer to come out and make it right. Again, no charge as it's part of their re-service policy. I made a great choice using Aptive. PS. Love the pictures they provide after each visit!

No Show Scheduled Service Calls

We have had three scheduled services that were no shows. Ther was no communication that they were not going to make it. For two of the no shows we were given a time period of 8am-5pm, which meant we had to stay home as the services were for a rodent issue so the had to have access to the attic

Also, their answering service is an excellent broker to reach a supervisor.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I can completely understand why you’d feel disappointed. Blocking out an entire day, especially with a rodent concern that requires attic access, and then having no one show up or communicate changes is not the experience you should have had with Aptive.

You should be able to rely on clear communication and dependable service windows, and it’s clear we didn’t get this handled the way we should have here. I also hear your concern about difficulty reaching a supervisor, that’s not the level of support we aim to provide.
