On 10-3 at 1:20 I spoke to Nate to cancel the service
he did not do his job. On 10-9 I called the Toledo office and left a message to cancel this service it did not happen. I want this taken care of. Both September and October no one was in the house.

I have been wanting mosquito spraying…
I have been wanting mosquito spraying but when I get a text after the service, they only say they sprayed for pests around the house. All I see is a black mosquito bottle placed sporadically in my yard. I can see lots of mosquitoes in my yard.

Recommendations!!
I understand that you can now ask for the pest control agent that you want. That is a huge improvement over constantly having a new person every treatment. However, it is not clear how you can ask for the agent of your choice. I also noticed that the profile page could use some work. For example, it gives you the option of choosing another date if the current date doesn’t work for you. But when i pulled up the calendar, there were no days available in the next two weeks, which was the extent of the calendar. So, actually, one had no choice of dates. ??

The vol experience with Shad
Shad alerted my by text as to when he would arrive. We talked of what is happened in my yard since the last application. The activity of the new residence voles came up. He had a treatment for them. And explained as he went about doing the normal treatment. We homeowners need to keep up on what to look for and report.
