I have had a five star relationship with all of the aptive technicians. I find the cost to be excessive and the frequency of service to be more frequent than your published guidelines.

Full service spraying

Your company was the only one I found that treats for mites as well as fleas, ticks and mosquitos. The pricing was competitie, and the technicians have been very meticulous about spraying inside and outside. Very pleased so far.

They treat the inside well. Only complaint is the sales push is they also treat the yard for ants, which they do not.

Cancelling as soon as contract is up. I am not a happy customer with Aptive: worst mistake ever.

Never showed up

Never showed up. January and February I’m sure was weather related but the next text that I received for service, no one came and no notice received. Very disappointing that there is no communication…
