Aptive seems to be responsive to our needs, but our pest problems have not improved so far. I am willing to give Aptive more time, but I will expect to see improvements soon.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, always prompt and courteous completes specific jobs in a timely manner! Our mosquito problem is taken care of as well as our household pests. I would recommend Active pest control!

I have more pests know than before the service
I have more pests know than I had before my last service. I tried calling and no one gets back to me. I’m thinking of canceling our service with Aptive Environmental.

Tech was rude. They did not treat our property in the time they spent here. Ant hills still are present.

James was very apologetic about the mix…
James was very apologetic about the mix up. And I was ready to find a new pest control for me and my mother’s home. But he as so pleasant. He is the only reason I stayed with Aptive. He was so attentive to every concern.
