Alhamdulillah, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Mohammad Sheryar.

Unprofessional avoid at all costs as if something does go wrong you are on your own. We traveled from Medina to the hotel in Makkah and were asked about the booking reference in the lobby of the hotel at which point I asked aqdas travel for it and was told "I'm already working on it", a few minutes later I received a phone call and apparently the hotel cancelled last minute. The booking reference was never shared with us (Medina hotel was shared as a pic to show reception the day of our travel to Medina, 24h before the flight is when we got informed that we had do the online check in so I guess not a full package) so I'm assuming they never paid for it otherwise the hotel couldn't have cancelled. I've asked for proof of this and no proof has ever been given apart from one of the people I spoke with said they had booked the hotel with intent to pay once we check in and a picture showing the cancellation email with the receive date and time conveniently cropped out. This pic was deleted from the WhatsApp chat along with other messages, this tells me that they tried to cover up their mistakes which is just beyond unprofessional considering they had the money to pay in full as I payed a month prior in full. The guy I spoke with while at the lobby asked me to ask reception if they had any available rooms and I should pay for it and be paid back later by the travel agent. At this point I blocked their number as they were not providing solutions. I paid for a different hotel myself having being told I will get paid back once receipt is shared and I had to wait more than 3 weeks after with barely any compassion showed from the numerous people I spoke with, and kept being told Im just inexperienced in travelling and blaming me for their unprofessional behaviour. I was also told that if I shared receipts with them for paying the breakfast at the hotel we stayed at they would cover as the original hotel had breakfast included, once I asked for this it was denied. Airplane seats were not bought and I had to pay on top to be able to sit next to my wife. I've shared receipts and they are yet to pay. The refund I received I disputed more than once but they were firm in what they can send, and on more than 1 occasion I said for them to pay whatever because I didn't want to deal with them anymore and it still took 3 weeks to get any money out of them.
