Aquafilters Avis 66

I cannot honestly waste even one star. Since 2023 when I received a package unmarked no return address. Tried email and call no response. Every December I receive an email- your order is being processed. I didn't place an order. They are usung my old debit card to debit my account. Contacted trading standards to help no positive response. This is a scam operation, office recorded as in Poland warehouse in London.

Never arrived and had to go to credit card company for the refund. Don’t use.

Horrible customer service. I sent back an unopened filter unit because I realized it had a faucet attachment and wrote the return # on the package. They refused and a proper refund because I wrote the return number. My refund was only only 60% on a unopened package because I wrote the number on the box. Ridiculous. Do not buy.

I’ve been trying to phone for four weeks about part. They’ve said they would send no one’s answering the phones.

The filters supplied by this company are fake as Katie Prices lips.
Free returns label supplied but herd nothing back, opened a dispute with my credit card because this company thinks it can fake filters as originals..

Looks like this is a fraudulent company. Placed a £50 order in July. Got several emails from “Katie” expressing the order was delayed and asking whether I wanted a refund or to wait. I chose to wait it out until Nov then asked for a refund. No further correspondence and all emails seem to be ignored. Avoid. If I’m wrong @aquafilters, refund me and I’ll write you a better review!

Ordered a filter 17th December, finally arrived on 10th February. Unmarked packaging with no instructions. Filter broke during installation (and I've installed dozens over the years so I know not to overtighten). Emailed them, zero response.
Ordered a new filter directly from Doulton, arrived in 2 days, works perfectly (of course)

Order placed 9th January 2025, received confirmation of order and that I will be contacted when despatched, money for filter taken from my bank on 10th Jan 2025, I’ve sent 3 emails chasing a delivery date and not received a reply. There is no telephone contact numbers for this Company. I looked them up on Companies house and it’s not looking good. AVOID THEM!

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THESE CON ARTISTS!
They are a fraudulent company. They will not take you off of their list and/or Unsubscribe you. They keep trying to take money. I have had to inform my bank to stop them. They will not respond to emails. They are illegal! My bank is taking this further with Visa as they are too dumb to remove anyone from their list of victims!

YOU have provided yet another tracking number, it has still no left you building, I suggest it doesn't and you refund me as it will be coming back to you at your cost!

This company has had my money for over a month now and still I have not received my aquafilters I cancelled the subscription and asked then not to send they did not send but still kept me money. now a month on they are saying they have shipped them. The first delivery was fine, but now the response to my questions non-existent. This company is in serious trouble and reading other customers experiences it obviously knows that it is, but still keeps taking our money. This is fraudulent activity as i have not given permission to charge my CC. I have informed my CC company to get my money back and block them.

So, I’ve finally received my aqualfilter! 7 weeks after payment. I would not recommend this company.

Would be No stars AVOID !!!! Ordered 7 months ago took a month to arrive meanwhile tried to cancel send several emails but no response tried to cancel subscription but no response eventually opened dispute with credit card but the filter then arrived, 6 months later they have taken payment again even though I have send several emails cancelling having to book payment via the bank. Disgusting company AVOID

Awful company don’t respond only got three filters but paid for 4. No response to emails - avoid!!!

Ordered 2 GE MWF filters on 26/6/24. Paid £99.98
Received an email on 4/7/24 saying they were being prepared for dispatch.
15/7/24 Told by Katie ‘ product recall’ waiting for new batch’
7/10/24 I emailed asking for update.
9/20/24 offered a refund by Katie
Since then have made numerous attempts to email asking for refund and no response at all.
Note thatTHE FRIDGE FILTER SHOP has the same address and same director / owner a guy called SAVVAS LOIZOU.
Avoid this company

Don't go near them. Terrible, unprofessional company and complete rip off merchants.

Requested refund, sent items back as agreed, was promised refund and nothing, three months later. No number to call and emails go unanswered.

Worst in the business. Pay a bit more and go to Amazon, or direct to Samsung

ordered 2 x GE filters on the 14th August -- One month ago -- paid £99.98.
Received an order confirmation -- since then absolutely nothing.
Have written 2 emails requesting delivery information but no replies have been received.
No phone number on their website so cannot speak to anyone.

What a terrible company!! Ordered a Samsung filter 3 weeks ago, has still not arrived. Have been emailing to cancel, response is very sporadic, hoping for a refund. I would not buy from this company going forward

Awful company had to leave 1 star to write the review, but otherwise if I could of given them a minus I would. I ordered a fridge water filter and it arrived all ok. But then they set up a recurring order so every 6 months I receive the filter and they take they money from my original payment method. I havnt had the fridge for a year now but they have sent the filter twice. There is no response from my emails asking them to stop the reoccurring order and when you go on to return item and get a refund it took 4 weeks for them to get back to me with a return code. On receiving 2nd filter they havnt even responded for me to return this time! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE can't believe they are still operating!
