Aqua Finance Avis 

I am grateful I could get a loan from this company, and everything went fine until I had to pay off the loan. Then I had to get involved with their customer service, and that was the pits. I think it's literally one guy answering all their calls. It took them eight days to email me a pay-off amount letter that I needed when i wanted to sell the camper I had financed. By then, I had figured out that I needed to use a different browser to get around the errors messages their website was throwing me to download the letter from my online account. And now that I've sold the camper, i need a letter from them stating that I've paid off the loan so I can cancel the RV warranty I had also financed through them, to get a partial refund. Once they received the check from the new buyers, Aqua Finance basically shut down my account and wouldn't let me do anything with it. So I had to call again and speak to the same guy (?!), who said it would be 21 days and then I could call back (?!) to request a letter that they'd mail to me. Or they could email it to me (which, see before, would take an additional 8-10 days?!). Meanwhile, I'm betting their keeping all the cancelled warranty money I should be getting refunded for the 6 weeks it will have taken them to process my final payment. I am NOT impressed at all.

If I could leave no stars I would. The company does not care about customer service. I have been trying to reach the company for over a month and always end up with the call center who really don’t know what they are doing. I have been told numerous different things and even lied to. I would never finance with them again. We were unaware of the problems this company has. They even post on their website how they work with their customers. Not true.

They are a high interest loan they have shady business dealings I have proven to them that they received their September payment they keep saying they have not I've supplied bank statements everything been in contact with the lawyer awaiting proceedings now do not deal with them they are crooks, they are trying to take advantage of my 83 year old mother.
