Tiny but perfectly formed
We needed a small bath for a compact space, for which there is limited choice. Although the Imex 1300mm bath from Aquarius wasn't the cheapest of the selection, it was definitely the best choice. The tub is dinky, but well proportioned with a greater tub volumne than the other small baths I looked at. The material is thick, with a lovely glossy white topcoat and strong fibreglass below. The encapsulated baseboard and rim make it very solid, and the legset was pretty easy to attach, (though I did need to carefully drill through the fibreglass to get the screws in!) Delivery was very efficient, they called me to book a date and gave me a 2hr delivery slot on the day, with most likely estimate. The driver arrived 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was very helpful unloading to a convenient place. Very pleased I opted to spend that extra £40‐ it was well worth it!

Another disappointing online shopping experience.
The handheld shower set arrived very quickly but I was so disappointed that it was made of plastic. The description suggested it was high grade brass and other materials, but the handset is all plastic. I couldn’t find a phone number to call to see if it could be exchanged either. I think all companies should offer customer service

Hi, apologies that the product fell short of your expectations.
I would say that the handset part you refer to are usually always made of high quality plastic rather than metal, this is more of safety feature as metal handsets conduct heat and can burn your hand.
Also, if you drop a metal handset it can cause significant damage to the bath / shower or tiles.
We are more than happy, however, to have this returned. We do clearly display our phone number in the header of every page on the site and we operate a live chat system during normal working hours.

Good company to deal with.
From making the decision to purchase from Aquarius the process was very simple. The level of communication was excellent and I was kept fully informed. Delivery was efficient.
I am not an expert on showers but the product seems very well made. The shower kit arrived in a substantial box with all components well protected.
From this one experience I would recommend Aquarius without reservation.
