Aquastream was extremely helpful from the moment we made an enquiry for a water softener. Stephen arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently, giving clear instructions on its use. He left everything clean and tidy before leaving. We are extremely satisfied with the service and of course the wonderful soft water from the Kinetico water softener and will recommend Aquastream highly to friends and relatives

After a lot of research into water softeners I decided to go with aquastream, who installed a kinetico machine. It was all done very professionally & courteously, so would highly recommend.

I recently inquired about some replacement parts for a Kinetico water softner, I was very pleased with the service I received. The engineer telephoned me back and confirmed the parts I had identified on the website were the correct ones and then he gave me advice on fitting the parts. I followed this advice and the softner is now back working. Parts arrived promptly, an all round excellent service.

Nice unit but the fittings are a bit cheap, I bought some Festo push fittings which were a lot more robust.

A very neat and tidy installation, carried out quickly, efficiently and on time. Everything was fully explained and the cost was very reasonable with no hidden extra charges.

My Kinetico softener was overfilling it's brine reservoir. I phoned Aquastream to buy a new brine float valve but was advised by the technical guy to dismantle and clean my existing valve as that might solve the problem. Free advice like this is rare in this day and age. Thanks Aquastream.

I have a Kinetico 2020c which I had paid a local repairer to try to fix but it soon stopped working. Decided to fix myself and after researching the fault contacted Aquastream for advice on the necessary replacement parts. Steve was very helpful and recommended the parts needed and gave some tips on installing. It took 30 mins to take apart and install the parts. Works like new now so just saved £1’500 for less than £80 of parts!

Second year of ordering water cartridge and again arrived very quickly. Thank you for your excellent service.

I’ve purchased Kinetico salt blocks from Aquastream on a number of occasions now but prior to lockdown always collected from their warehouse. The last two orders were delivered. Aquastream dealt with my order efficiently and gave us ‘phone notice of the delivery time, and they were on time. Couldn’t ask more.

Aquastream are a local company who knew exactly where the water served to my home was sourced, why it was hard, how hard it was. There is no hard sell, just detailed info. They came and did a site survey which I was particularly keen on to know how the install would affect my new kitchen. I needed worry as the install was fantastically neat and we also had a 3 way tap installed to replace the kitchen tap. Now have confidence of aquastreams support if any issues occur.

Excellent service, the cartridges I ordered arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Great website too, it's easy to find what you want.

We have always had great service from Aquastream delivering our salt supplies. When our very old softener gave up we decided to use them to install a new Kinetico Water Softener.

The process to remove the old machine, vastly improve the plumbing connections and install the new one was carried out very professionally.

We now have very soft water and a much improved flow rate.
